Abstract
ία μέθοδος παρασκευής κρυστάλλου εκ μονοκρυσταλλικού υλικού, έχοντος προκαθορισμένην έν εγκαρσίω τομή επιφάνειαν και σχήμα, περιλαμβάνουσα την διατήρησιν ενός τήγματος του έν λόγω υλικού και χαρακτηριζομένη εκ των σταδίων εφαρμογής πιέσεως επί του ρηθέντος τήγματος τοιαύτης ώστε έν μέρος αυτου να ρεύση εντός μιάς περιοριστικής διόδου, φέρουσα είς επαφήν έν μέσον πυρηνώσεως μετά του ρηθέντος τμήματος, αποσύρουσα το ρηθέν μέσον πυρηνωσεως μετά προκαθορισμένου ρυθμού και ταυτοχρόνως κατευθύνουσα έν ψυκτικόν ρεύμα αεριου αδρανούς ώς πρός το ρηθέν υλικόν, πλησίον της εξόδου της ρηθείσης διόδου ώστε να προκαλήται στερεοποίησις του ρηθέντςο τετηγμένου υλικού εντός της ρηθείσης διόδου και να σχηματίζεται μία συνεχής, εξερχομένη κρυσταλλική ταινίαέχουσα την ρηθείσαν προκαθορισμένην έν εγκαρσία τομή επιφάνειαν και σχήμα και ρποσκεκολλημένη είςτο ρηθέν μέσον πυρηνώσεως, και συνεχίζουσα την εφαρμογήν πιέσεως επί του ρηθέντος τήγματος πρός τροφοδότησιν διά τετηγμένου υλικού της ρηθείσης διόδου με τον αυτόν ρυθμόν στερεοποιήσεως της ρηθείσης ταινίας.
