Abstract
ία μέθοδος δια την παραγωγήν ενός Ν-(7-ακυλαμιδοκεφ-3-εμ-3-υλ-μεθυλ)πυριδινίου-4-καρβοξυλικού η οποία περιλαμβάνει τας εξής βαθμίδας:
Α) την αντίδρασιν ενός 7-ακυλαμιδοκεφαλοσπορανικού οξέος ή ενός άλατος τούτου μετά πυριδίνης εν διαλύσει εντός ενόςμέσου της αντιδράσεως με παρουσίαν μιας τουλάχιστον ισομοριακής αναλογίας, υπολογιζομένης με βάσιν το 7-ακυλαμιδοκεφαλοσπορανικόν οξυ, θειοκυανιούχωνή ιωδιούχων ιόντων και την ανάκτησιν του παραγομένου Ν-(7-ακυλαμιδοκεφ-3-εμ-3-υλ-μεθυλ)πυριδινίου-4-καρβοξυλικού υπό την μορφήν του ακαθάρτου υδροθειοκυανιούχου ή υδροϊωδιούχου άλατος της προσθήκης οξέοΒ) μετατροπήν του ακαθάρου θειοκυανιούχυ ή υδροϊωδιούχου άλατος προσθήκης οξέος από το (Α) εις την μορφήν της βεταϊνης με αντίδρασιν του ειρημένου άλατος μετά μιας βάσεως με την βεταϊνην ανακτωμένην εντός μίας υδατίνης φάσεωC) την κατ'επιθυμίαν διοχέτευσιν της από το (Β) υδατίνης φάσεως δια μέσουενός ή περισσοτέρων ιόντο-ανταλλακτήρων και, αν επιθυμείται, ενός απορροφητικού αποχρωματιστικού δια την περαιτέρω αφαίρεσιν ακαθαρσιών, παραδ. χάρινοξίνων και βασικών ακαθαρσιών καθώς και χρωστικώνουσιώD) την αντίδρασιν της από του (Β) ή του (C) υδατίνης φάσεως μεθ'ενός οξέος δια τον σχηματισμόνενός αδιαλύτου άλατος προσθήκης οξέοΕ) τον διαχωρισμόν του άλατος προσθήκης οξέος του (D) από του μητρικού υγρού και την μετατροπήν του άλατος δις την μορφήν της βεταϊνης δι'αντιδράσεως μετά μίας βάσεω
