Abstract
Για την παρασκευή σιδηροχρωμίου φέρεται μίγμα μεταλλεύματος χρωμίου, άνθρακα και σχηματιστών σκωρίας υπό καθορισμένη αναλογία εντός περιστροφικής καμίνου (10), όπου το μίγμα θερμαίνεται σε ατμόσφαιρα που περιέχει CO σε θερμοκρασίες περίπου 1500βαθμούς C. Το προϊόν αντίδρασης που εξάγεται από την περιστροφική κάμινο (10) ψύχεται προ της συντήξεως εντός ηλεκτροκαμίνου. Ιδιαίτερα για την εξοικονόμηση ενέργειας καθώς και δαπανηρών συσκευών, προτείνεται όπως το προϊόν αντίδρασης (11) ψυχθεί προ της σύντηξης μέσω των απαραίτητων για την θέρμανση και αφαίρεση άνθρακα συμπληρωμάτων (20) για την διεργασία σύντηξης στους 600 ως 1000 βαθμούςC, πριν αυτό αποδοθεί μέσω διάταξης φόρτωσης (14) εντός ηλεκτροκαμίνου. ω
