Abstract

Περιγράφονται νέα κυκλοεξανο-υλιδενοπαράγωγα που παρεμποδίζουν την παραγωγή του παράγοντος νεκρώσεως καρκινωμάτων και είναι χρήσιμα διά την θεραπευτική αγωγή καταστάσεων ασθενείας οι οποίες μεσολαβούν διά ή επιδεινώνουν την παραγωγή TNF. Οι ενώσεις της παρούσης εφευρέσεως είναι χρήσιμες επίσης και διά μεσολάβηση ή παρεμπόδιση επί της ενζυματικής ή καταλυτικής δραστικότητας της φωσφοδιεστεράσης IV και ως εκ τούτου είναι χρήσιμες διά τη θεραπευτική αγωγή καταστάσεων ασθενειών που έχουν ανάγκη της μεσολαβήσεως ή της παρεμποδίσεως αυτής.ω
