Claims (7)

  1. Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel (I): wobei R1 ein gesättigter oder ungesättigter C2-C22-Fettsäurerest, ein Aminosäurerest oder ein C1-C17-Alkylrest ist; R2 ein Rest der folgenden Formel (II) ist: wobei R5 oder R6 gleich oder voneinander verschieden sind und Wasserstoff, einen C1-C4-Alkylrest darstellen oder R5 ein C1-C4-Alkylrest ist und R6 ein Metallkation oder Ammoniumkation ist; R3 und R4 gleich oder voneinander verschieden sind und Wasserstoff, einen gesättigten oder ungesättigten C2-C22-Fettsäurerest, einen Aminosäurerest oder einen C1-C17-Alkylrest darstellen.
  2. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel (I): wobei R1 ein gesättigter oder ungesättigter C2-C22-Fettsäurerest, ein Aminosäurerest oder ein C1-C17-Alkylrest ist; R2 ein Rest der folgenden Formel (II) ist: wobei R5 oder R6 gleich oder voneinander verschieden sind und Wasserstoff, einen C1-C4-Alkylrest darstellen oder R5 ein C1-C4-Alkylrest ist und R6 ein Metallkation oder Ammoniumkation ist; R3 oder R4 gleich oder voneinander verschieden sind und Wasserstoff, einen gesättigten oder ungesättigten C2-C22-Fettsäurerest, einen Aminosäurerest oder einen C1-C17-Alkylrest darstellen, wobei das Verfahren umfasst:
    (i) Schützen der 5- und 6-Hydroxylgruppen von Ascorbinsäure, um eine Verbindung der Formel (III) zu erhalten: wobei R7 und R8 gleich oder voneinander verschieden sind und einen C1-C10-Alkylrest darstellen;
    (ii) Umsetzen der entstandenen geschützten Ascorbinsäure der Formel (III) mit einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel R1H, um eine Verbindung der Formel (IV) zu erhalten:
    (iii) Umsetzen der Verbindung der Formel (IV) mit einem Phosphorylierungsmittel, um eine Verbindung der Formel (V) zu erhalten:
    und (iv) Hydrolisieren der Verbindung der Formel (V), um die 5- und 6-Hydroxylgruppen zu entschützen, um die Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel (I) zu erhalten.
  3. Pharmazeutische oder kosmetische Zusammensetzung, umfassend als einen Wirkstoff eine wirksame Menge einer Verbindung der Formel (I) wie in Anspruch 1 definiert, gegebenenfalls zusammen mit einem verträglichen Träger.
  4. Pharmazeutische oder kosmetische Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 3 zur Behandlung oder Kontrolle von mit Vitamin-C-Mangel in Verbindung stehenden Krankheitszuständen.
  5. Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 3 oder 4, welche eine topische Zusammensetzung ist und einen Träger, geeignet zum Auftragen auf die Haut, umfasst.
  6. Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 3, welche eine orale Zusammensetzung ist und einen Träger, geeignet zur oralen Verabreichung, umfasst.
  7. Zusammensetzung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, umfassend Mikrokapseln oder Nanokapseln, welche den Wirkstoff verkapseln.
