Claims (12)

  1. Procédé de synthèse peptidique en phase solide, pour la production d'un peptide amide, dont la séquence d'acides aminés est représentée par la formule :         Yp-X-NH₂ dans laquelle :    Yp représente le fragment peptidique N-terminal ayant au moins 2 acides aminés liés ensemble par des liaisons peptidiques ; et    X-NH₂ représente l'acide aminé C-terminal ayant un groupe amide (-CONH₂) dans sa structure moléculaire, par formation du peptide ayant la séquence ci-dessus lié à une résine, ledit peptide ayant facultativement un ou plusieurs groupes fonctionnels protégés, et clivage du peptide à partir de la résine et déprotection des groupes fonctionnels protégés, caractérisé par le fait que le peptide est formé par liaison à une résine substituée par méthylbenzhydrylamine et clivage et déprotection du peptide lié à la résine par du bromure d'hydrogène.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le peptide lié à la résine substituée par méthylbenzhydrylamine est mis en suspension dans de l'acide trifluoroacétique, et du bromure d'hydrogène anhydre gazeux est insufflé dans la suspension pour effectuer le clivage et la déprotection.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un mélange de bromure d'hydrogène gazeux et d'anisole est utilisé pour effectuer le clivage et la déprotection.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un mélange de bromure d'hydrogène, d'anisole et de thioanisole est utilisé pour effectuer le clivage et la déprotection.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le rapport en volume de l'anisole au thioanisole est d'environ 20:80 à environ 80:20.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le rapport en volume de l'anisole au thioanisole est d'environ 1:1.
  7. Synthèse en phase solide de la thymosine α₁, polypeptide ayant la séquence : par formation du polypeptide ayant la séquence ci-dessus ancré à une résine, ledit polypeptide ayant facultativement un ou plusieurs groupes fonctionnels protégés ; et clivage du polypeptide à partir de la résine et déprotection des groupes fonctionnels protégés du polypeptide ; caractérisée par l'utilisation d'une résine substituée par méthylbenzhydrylamine et clivage et déprotection du polypeptide par mise en contact du polypeptide avec du bromure d'hydrogène.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le polypeptide lié à la résine substituée par méthylbenzhydrylamine est clivé et déprotégé par un mélange de bromure d'hydrogène anhydre gazeux dans l'acide trifluoroacétique.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le mélange comprend en outre de l'anisole.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel le mélange comprend en outre du thioanisole.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, dans lequel le rapport en volume de l'anisole au thioanisole est d'environ 1:4 à environ 4:1.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, dans lequel le rapport en volume de l'anisole au thioanisole est d'environ 1:1.
