Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same or corresponding portions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will not be repeated. Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, the X-axis, the Y-axis, and the Z-axis are orthogonal to each other, the X-axis and the Y-axis are substantially parallel to the horizontal plane, and the Z-axis is substantially parallel to the plumb line.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a garbage storage device 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Shown in fig. 1 is a waste storage device 1 as seen from the discharge side of the waste. Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing the trash storage device 1. Fig. 2 shows the drum 2, the seal portion 8, and the closing portion 6 in the garbage storage device 1.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the trash storage device 1 compresses and stores trash. The garbage storage device 1 includes: the device comprises a drum 2, a chain 4, a blocking part 6 having an inlet 6a, an inlet side cover part 7, a sealing part 8, a wall part 10 having an inlet 10a, an outlet side cover part 11 and a frame F. The frame F is formed to surround the drum 2.
The drum 2 is rotatably supported by a frame F. The drum 2 rotates in the rotation direction R about the rotation axis AX. In the first embodiment, the rotation direction R is counterclockwise when the garbage storage device 1 is viewed from the garbage discharge side. An opening OI is formed at one of both end portions of the drum 2, i.e., the input-side end portion 20 (first end portion). The garbage is thrown into the drum 2 from the opening OI through the throw-in port 6 a. An opening OE is formed on the other of the both end portions of the drum 2, i.e., the discharge-side end portion 22 (second end portion). The waste is discharged from the opening OE.
The drum 2 is circular in cross section, and its inner diameter differs in a direction along the rotation axis AX. That is, the drum 2 includes: a trunk portion 2a, a cylindrical portion 2b, and a tapered portion 2 c. The body portion 2a is substantially cylindrical, and the inner diameter thereof is substantially constant in the direction along the rotation axis AX. The cylindrical portion 2b is joined to one of both end portions of the trunk portion 2 a. The cylindrical portion 2b is substantially cylindrical, and the inner diameter of the Yen cylindrical portion 2b is substantially constant in the direction of the rotation axis AX. The inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 2b is smaller than that of the body portion 2 a. The tapered portion 2c is joined to the other of the both end portions of the trunk portion 2 a. The tapered portion 2c is hollow and substantially circular truncated cone-shaped, and the inner diameter thereof differs in the direction of the rotation axis AX.
The chain 4 is stretched between a large-diameter sprocket formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 2b and a small-diameter sprocket connected to the rotating shaft of the motor. Then, by rotating the motor, the drum 2 is rotated in the rotation direction R via the small diameter sprocket, the chain 4, and the large diameter sprocket. When the drum 2 rotates in the rotation direction R, the plurality of blade members formed inside the drum 2 move the garbage thrown into the drum 2 from the closing portion 6 to the discharge-side cover portion 11 and press the garbage to the discharge-side cover portion 11. Thereby, the garbage is compressed and stored in the drum 2. In addition, the large diameter sprocket, the motor, the small diameter sprocket, and several blade parts are omitted from the illustration in order to simplify the drawing. The discharge-side cover 11 is indicated by a two-dot chain line to simplify the drawing.
The blocking portion 6 is mounted to one of both end portions of the frame F. The blocking portion 6 blocks a part of the opening OI formed at the input-side end portion 20 of the drum 2. The blocking portion 6 is formed with an inlet 6a for introducing garbage into the drum 2.
The inlet side cover 7 covers the inlet port 6 a. The inlet side cover 7 moves between a closed position for closing the inlet 6a and an open position for exposing the inlet 6 a.
The sealing portion 8 seals between the input-side end portion 20 of the drum 2 and the closing portion 6.
The wall portion 10 is attached to the other of the two end portions of the frame F. The wall portion 10 is opposed to the blocking portion 6. Wall 10 has a substantially circular insertion opening 10 a. The discharge-side end 22 of the drum 2 is inserted into the insertion port 10 a. Thus, the discharge-side end 22 protrudes from the insertion port 10 a.
The discharge-side cover 11 closes the opening OE. The discharge-side cover 11 moves between a closed position where the opening OE is closed and an open position where the opening OE is exposed. When the garbage stored in the drum 2 is discharged, the discharge-side cover 11 is moved to the open position to expose the opening OE. Then, the drum 2 is rotated in the rotation direction R, so that the plurality of blade members formed inside the drum 2 discharge the garbage from the opening OE to the outside of the drum 2.
The sealing portion 8 will be described in brief with reference to fig. 2 and 3. As shown in fig. 2, the seal portion 8 includes: a projection 12, a pressing portion 14, a packing seal 16, and a positioning portion 18. The projection 12 is an annular plate-like member formed on the input-side end 20 of the drum 2. The projection 12 forms a flange. The pressing portion 14 is a circular plate-like member. The packing seal 16 is annular and has a substantially rectangular cross section. In the first embodiment, the packing seal 16 is a compression packing seal (e.g., a braided packing seal) and is formed by braiding fibers (wires) to which a lubricant is added. The positioning portion 18 is annular and is connected to the inner surface 6b of the closing portion 6. The positioning portion 18 positions the packing 16 so that the packing 16 is disposed along the outer peripheral surface 21 of the input-side end portion 20 of the drum 2.
Fig. 3 is an enlarged perspective view showing the positioning portion 18. As shown in fig. 3, the positioning portion 18 includes a restricting portion 30 and a flange portion 32. The stopper 30 is an annular plate-like member protruding from the inner surface 6b of the stopper 6. The flange portion 32 is an annular plate-like member extending from the distal end of the stopper portion 30 along the inner surface 6b of the stopper portion 6. The flange portion 32 is substantially at right angles to the restricting portion 30.
The stopper portion 6 is formed with a stopper portion 34 and a stopper portion 36. The restricting portion 34 is an annular plate-like member that protrudes from the inner surface 6b of the closing portion 6. The diameter of the restriction 34 is smaller than the diameter of the restriction 30. The restricting portion 36 is an annular plate-like member that protrudes from the inner surface 6b of the closing portion 6. The diameter of the restriction 36 is smaller than the diameter of the restriction 34. The restricting portions 34 and 36 restrict the movement of the drum 2 in the radial direction.
The seal portion 8 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 4 and 5. Fig. 4 is a sectional perspective view showing the seal portion 8. Fig. 5 is a sectional view showing the seal portion 8. Fig. 4 and 5 show the vicinity of the bottommost portion of the annular seal portion 8. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the packing seal 16 is sandwiched between the outer peripheral surface 21 of the input-side end portion 20 of the drum 2 and the regulating portion 30, and is sandwiched between the pressing portion 14 and the protruding portion 12 of the drum 2. The details are as follows.
The packing 16 is disposed along the outer peripheral surface 21 of the input-side end portion 20 of the drum 2. The restriction portion 30 protrudes from the inner surface 6b of the blocking portion 6 along the rotation axis AX (fig. 2) of the drum 2. The restricting portion 30 is disposed further outside in the radial direction a of the drum 2 than the stuffing seal 16 to restrict movement of the stuffing seal 16 in the radial direction a. The restriction portion 30 faces the outer peripheral surface 21 of the input-side end portion 20 of the drum 2 through the packing 16. The outer peripheral surface 21 of the input-side end portion 20 of the drum 2 presses the packing seal 16 against the regulating portion 30.
The flange portion 32 is formed on the regulating portion 30 and faces the pressing portion 14. Specifically, the flange portion 32 extends from the tip end portion of the restricting portion 30 in the radial direction a of the drum 2. That is, the cross section of the positioning portion 18 is substantially L-shaped. The protruding portion 12 protrudes from the outer circumferential surface 21 of the input-side end portion 20 of the drum 2 in the radial direction a of the drum 2.
The pressing portion 14 is disposed outside the drum 2 in the radial direction a and faces the packing seal 16. The pressing portion 14 faces the protruding portion 12 via the packing seal 16. The pressing portion 14 is connected to the flange portion 32. Specifically, the pressing portion 14 is fixed by inserting the bolt 25 through the pressing portion 14 and the flange portion 32 and screwing the bolt 25 into the nut 27. As a result, the pressing portion 14 presses the packing seal 16 against the protruding portion 12 of the drum 2. Specifically, the pressing portion 14 includes a plurality of convex portions 14a having a substantially circular cross section. Embodiment 1 provides 2 projections 14 a. The convex portion 14a is an annular member that protrudes toward the packing seal 16 and extends along the packing seal 16. The convex portion 14a presses the packing seal 16 against the protruding portion 12.
The sealing portion 8 and the normal sealing portion 102 will be described in comparison with fig. 4 to 7. Fig. 6 is a sectional perspective view showing a sealing part 102 of a general trash storage device 100. Fig. 7 is a sectional view showing the seal portion 102. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the general trash storage device 100 includes: a sealing section 102, a drum 104, and a feed-side blocking section 106. The seal portion 102 includes: a packing 108, a groove 110, and a pressing part 112.
The packing seal 108 is annular. The groove 110 is formed in an annular shape on the inner surface 106a of the input-side blocking portion 106. The packing seal 108 is embedded in the groove portion 110. The groove 110 and the packing 108 are provided closer to the rotational axis of the drum 104 than the inner circumferential surface 116a of the input-side end 116 of the drum 104.
The pressing portion 112 is a member having a substantially L-shaped cross section and has an annular shape. The pressing portion 112 is provided on the side closer to the rotational axis of the drum 104 than the inner circumferential surface 116a of the input-side end 116 of the drum 104, opposite to the packing 108. On the other hand, the drum 104 has an annular inner wall portion 104 a. The inner wall portion 104a is a plate-like member that stands from the inner circumferential surface 116a of the drum 104 toward the groove portion 110. The inner wall portion 104a and the pressing portion 112 are connected by a screw 114, and the pressing portion 112 is fixed by the screw 114. As a result, the pressing portion 112 presses the packing 108 toward the input-side blocking portion 106.
The pressing portion 112 presses the packing 108, thereby preventing the leakage of the contaminated liquid such as sewage from the drum 104. However, when the garbage is compressed or discharged, the drum 104 may slightly move in the direction B from the input-side blocking portion 106 to the discharge side wall portion. In this case, since the pressing portion 112 is connected to the inner wall portion 104a of the roller 104, the pressing portion 112 slightly moves in the direction B together with the roller 104. Therefore, the pressing force of the pressing portion 112 against the packing 108 may be reduced, and the packing 108 may not function effectively.
In this case, according to the first embodiment, as described with reference to fig. 4 and 5, the protruding portion 12 is formed on the drum 2, and when the drum 2 moves in the direction B from the closing portion 6 to the wall portion 10, the protruding portion 12 also moves in the direction B. Therefore, the protrusion 12 presses the packing seal 16 against the pressing portion 14, and the pressing force applied to the packing seal 16 increases. As a result, the packing seal 16 is more closely attached to the protruding portion 12 than in the case where the drum 2 is not moved in the direction B. That is, the stuffing seal 16 effectively seals the drum 2. Thus, the leakage of the contaminated liquid such as sewage from the drum 2 storing the garbage can be effectively prevented.
Further, according to the first embodiment, the packing seal 16 is pressed against the regulating portion 30 by the outer circumferential surface 21 of the drum 2. Therefore, even if the drum 2 moves in the direction B, the pressing force of the outer circumferential surface 21 of the drum 2 against the packing 16 can be prevented from being reduced. As a result, the packing seal 16 seals the drum 2 more effectively, and the leakage of the dirty liquid from the drum 2 can be prevented more effectively.
Further, according to the first embodiment, not only the outer circumferential surface 21 of the drum 2 presses the packing seal 16 against the regulating portion 30, but also the pressing portion 14 presses the packing seal 16 against the protruding portion 12. As a result, the packing seal 16 seals the drum 2 more effectively, and the leakage of the dirty liquid from the drum 2 can be prevented more effectively.
Further, according to the first embodiment, the pressing portion 14 is connected to the flange portion 32, but not to the drum 2. Therefore, even if the roller 2 moves in the direction B, the pressing force of the pressing portion 14 against the packing seal 16 can be prevented from decreasing. As a result, the packing seal 16 seals the drum 2 more effectively, and the leakage of the dirty liquid from the drum 2 can be prevented more effectively.
Further, according to the first embodiment, the pressing portion 14 presses the packing seal 16 by the convex portion 14 a. Therefore, the pressing force per unit area of the packing seal 16 can be increased. As a result, the packing seal 16 seals the drum 2 more effectively, and the leakage of the dirty liquid from the drum 2 can be prevented more effectively.
Further, according to the first embodiment, the drum 2 is formed with an annular inner wall portion 23. The inner wall portion 23 is a plate-like member standing from the inner circumferential surface 29 of the input-side end portion 20 of the drum 2. By forming the inner wall portion 23, the leakage of the garbage from the drum 2 can be prevented more effectively.
In addition, according to one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the garbage storage apparatus 1 further includes an inclined drain chute 40 below the sealing part 8. Therefore, even if the contaminated liquid leaks from the input-side end portion 20 of the drum 2, the contaminated liquid can be guided to the contaminated liquid tank through the drain tank 40. As a result, the contamination of the waste storage device 1 and the surrounding environment by the contaminated liquid can be prevented.
(second embodiment)
A garbage storing device 1 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 8 to 10. The configuration of the trash storage device 1 according to the second embodiment is the same as the configuration of the trash storage device 1 according to embodiment 1. However, as shown in fig. 8, the garbage storage device 1 according to the second embodiment further includes a protrusion 15 in addition to the configuration of the garbage storage device 1 according to the first embodiment. Hereinafter, the difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment will be mainly described.
Fig. 8 is a perspective view showing the pressing portion 14 and the protrusion 15 of the sealing portion 8 of the garbage storage device 1 according to the second embodiment. As shown in fig. 8, the sealing portion 8 further includes a plurality of protrusions 15. In the second embodiment, the protruding portion 15 is a headless nail. For example, the protruding portion 15 is welded to the pressing portion 14. The plurality of protrusions 15 are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the pressing portion 14. Projection 15 projects from the side of pressing portion 14 where projection 14a is provided. Specifically, the protrusion 15 protrudes from between the convex portions 14a and 14 a. Therefore, the base end portion of the protrusion 15 is supported by the 2 convex portions 14a, so that the protrusion 15 can be reinforced.
Fig. 9 is a sectional perspective view showing the seal portion 8. Fig. 10 is a sectional view showing the seal portion 8. As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the projection 15 is substantially parallel to the bolt 25 and is located closer to the drum 2 than the bolt 25. The projection 15 faces the bolt 25 via the convex portion 14 a.
The protrusion 15 protrudes from the pressing portion 14 toward the packing seal 16. Then, the protrusion 15 is inserted into the packing seal 16. For example, the protrusion 15 penetrates into the packing seal 16. Therefore, according to the second embodiment, the position deviation and the offset of the packing seal 16 with respect to the positioning portion 18 and the falling off of the packing seal 16 from the positioning portion 18 can be prevented. In addition, the second embodiment has the same effect as the first embodiment.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and may be implemented in various ways (for example, (1) to (5) shown below) without departing from the gist thereof. Further, the present invention can be variously formed by appropriately combining a plurality of constituent elements disclosed in the above embodiments.
