Claims (11)
- Procédé pour le formage et le revêtement en chaîne, en continu, d'objets formés par laminage à partir d'une bande d'acier laminé à chaud, comprenant les étapes consistant à :- déformer une bande d'acier laminé à chaud pour rompre et/ou détacher une couche de pailles de laminage adhérant à celle-ci ;- façonner ladite bande d'acier dans une région de façonnage d'un laminoir en un élément façonné de section prédéterminée en présence d'un lubrifiant de laminage ; et- calibrer ledit élément façonné de section prédéterminée dans une région de calibrage dudit laminoir ;- appliquer un revêtement de surface sur ledit élément façonné de section prédéterminée ; et- couper ledit élément façonné de section prédéterminée en longueurs prédéterminées,ledit procédé étant caractérisé par le fait que le calibrage dudit élément façonné de section transversale prédéterminée est effectué en présence d'un détergent pour éliminer les particules restantes de pailles de laminoir et le lubrifiant de laminage résiduel adhérant audit élément façonné de section prédéterminée, ledit détergent agissant comme lubrifiant pour des cylindres calibreurs dans ladite région de calibrage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les particules restantes de pailles de laminage sont retirées de la surface dudit élément façonné de section prédéterminée sous l'influence d'un entraînement par friction entre les cylindres dans ladite région de calibrage et la surface dudit élément façonné de section prédéterminée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel la surface des objets formés par laminage est traitée chimiquement après calibrage pour faciliter le revêtement dudit objet par une composition de revêtement de surface.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel ledit objet est traité chimiquement par un décapant de type phosphate.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel ledit objet est revêtu en continu par pulvérisation par une composition de peinture.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel ledit revêtement de surface comprend un procédé de métallisation.
- Appareil pour le formage et le revêtement en chaîne, en continu, d'objets formés par laminage à partir d'une bande d'acier laminé à chaud, comprenant :- un laminoir (8), pour former une section laminée sensiblement continue, ledit laminoir (8) ayant une région de déformation et/ou de façonnage (9) et une région de calibrage (10) comprenant des cylindres calibreurs (39), ladite région de déformation et/ou de façonnage (9) étant adaptée pour retirer, en présence d'une émulsion lubrifiante d'huile minérale, au moins une partie d'une couche de pailles de laminage adhérant à la surface de la bande d'acier ;- une région (11) de traitement chimique, pour préparer chimiquement, en vue du revêtement de surface, la surface d'une section laminée sortant dudit laminoir (8) ;- une région (13) d'application d'un revêtement, pour appliquer un revêtement de surface sur ladite section laminée sortant de ladite région de traitement chimique ;- une région de séchage (15), pour sécher ledit revêtement de surface sur ladite section laminée sortant de ladite région de traitement chimique ;- des moyens de coupe, pour couper en longueurs prédéterminées ladite section laminée sortant de ladite région de séchage (15),caratérisé par le fait que ladite région de calibrage (10) a des moyens (40-43) d'amenée de détergent par lequel les particules restantes de pailles de laminage et le lubrifiant de laminage résiduel sont éliminés en présence du détergent qui agit comme lubrifiant pour les laminoirs calibreurs (39).
- Appareil selon la revendication 7, dans lequel des pailles de laminage provenant de la surface d'un objet formé par laminage sont retirées sous l'influence du détergent et de l'entraînement par friction entre les cylindres (39) et ladite région de calibrage (10).
- Appareil selon la revendication 7, dans lequel ladite région (11) de traitement chimique comprend des moyens pour appliquer un décapant de type phosphate sur la surface de l'objet formé par laminage.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, dans lequel la région (13) d'application du revêtement comprend des moyens pour appliquer une couche de peinture sur la surface dudit objet formé par laminage.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, dans lequel la région (10) d'application du revêtement comprend des moyens pour appliquer un revêtement métallisé.
