Claims (4)
- Matériau stratifié pour conditionnement, dont la résistance au thermoscellage est peu réduite même après avoir été soumis à un traitement de stérilisation au peroxyde d'hydrogène chaud, ledit matériau comprenant un substrat de papier et une couche de résine de polyester disposée au moins sur la surface la plus intérieure, la résine de polyester comprenant :[A] des motifs acide dicarboxylique comprenant des motifs constitutifs dérivant d'un acide dicarboxylique aromatique en une quantité de 80 à 95 % en moles et des motifs constitutifs dérivant d'un acide dicarboxylique aliphatique en une quantité de 20 à 5 % en moles, sur la base de 100 % en moles des motifs acide dicarboxylique ; et[B] des motifs de composé dihydroxylé comprenant des motifs constitutifs dérivant de l'éthylèneglycol en une quantité de 55 à 90 % en moles et des motifs constitutifs dérivant d'au moins un des composés représentés par les formules (1) à (3) ci-après en une quantité de 45 à 10 % en moles, sur la base de 100 % en modes des motifs de composé dihydroxylé : formules dans lesquelles chacun des radicaux R¹ et R² est l'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle comportant de 1 à 20 atomes de carbone, n est un entier de 1 à 10, et m est un entier de 1 à 10.
- Matériau selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'acide dicarboxylique aromatique est l'acide téréphtalique, l'acide dicarboxylique aliphatique est l'acide adipique, et le composant [B] comprend des motifs constitutifs dérivant de l'éthylèneglycol en une quantité de 55 à 90 % en moles et des motifs constitutifs dérivant du cyclohexanediméthanol en une quantité de 45 à 10 % en moles, sur la base de 100 % en moles des motifs de composé dihydroxylé.
- Matériau stratifié pour conditionnement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel : la résistance au thermoscellage de la couche de résine de polyester, telle que mesurée à une température de thermoscellage de 130°C selon JIS Z 1707, n'est pas inférieure à 2,0 kgf/15 mm ; et la résistance au thermoscellage de la couche de résine de polyester n'est pas inférieure à 1,0 kgf/15 mm, quand on la mesure après immersion du matériau stratifié dans une solution aqueuse à 35 % de peroxyde d'hydrogène, à 80°C et pendant 30 secondes, essuyage de la solution de peroxyde d'hydrogène et séchage par un courant d'air à 70°C pendant 30 minutes.
- Matériau stratifié pour conditionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel la résine de polyester comprend en outre, en plus des motifs acide dicarboxylique et des motifs de composé dihydroxylé :[C] des motifs de composé polyfonctionnel comprenant des motifs constitutifs dérivant d'un composé acide polycarboxylique de valence 3 ou davantage et/ou des motifs constitutifs dérivant d'un composé polyhydroxylé de valence 3 ou davantage, en une quantité de 0,01 à 2 % en moles sur la base de 100 % en moles de la quantité totale des motifs acide dicarboxylique et des motifs de composé dihydroxylé.
