Claims (10)

1. Bloc-ressort comprenant un ressort (56) ayant une première branche (54), une seconde branche (58) et un composant polaire (40) pour un clapet antipoussière (44) de cassette de bande magnétique, le composant polaire (40) ayant une première extrémité (42) fixée au clapet antipous- sièr (44) ayant une première extrémité (42) fixée au clapet antipoussière (44) et une seconde extrémité libre (46), la seconde extrémité libre (46) comportant une première fente (48) formée à l'intérieur de celle-ci et adaptée pour l'insertion de la première branche (54), caractérisé en ce que la première fente (48) a une ouverture angulaire, que le composant polaire comprend une seconde fente (50) plus étroite que la première fente (48) et qui s'étend de la première fente (48) vers la première extémité fixée (42) du composant polaire (40), dans lequel l'ouverture angulaire plus large de la première fente (48) permet au ressort (56) d'être tordu automatiquement pendant l'insertion de manière telle que la première branche (54) peut être déplacée dans la seconde fente (50) du composant polaire (40), que la seconde branche (58) du ressort (56) est poussée contre le clapet antipoussière (44) et que le ressort (56) est maintenu dans un rapport de torsion.
2. Bloc-ressort selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'ouverture angulaire de la première fente (48) s'étend sur toute la largeur de la seconde extrémité libre (46) et traverse approximativement 60°.
3. Bloc-ressort selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la seconde fente (50) du composant polaire (40) est relativement droite et a des côtés qui sont coplanaires avec l'axe longitudinal du composant polaire (40).
4. Bloc-ressort selon la revendication 1, dans lequel des lignes imaginaires traversant la première branche (54) et la seconde branche (58) du ressort (56) sont en biais l'une par rapport à l'autre.
5. Bloc-ressort selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la seconde branche (58) du ressort (56) est plus longue que la première branche (54).
6. Bloc-ressort selon la revendication 5, dans lequel des lignes imaginaires traversant la première branche (54) et la second branche (58) du ressort (56) se croisent à un angle de l'ordre de 120-150°.
7. Bloc-ressort selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'extrémité libre (46) du composant polaire (40) est arrondie.
8. Bloc-ressort selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la seconde fente (50) du composant polaire (40) comprend en plus une entaille (52) pour accueillir et maintenir la première branche (54) du ressort (56).
9. Procédé de fabrication et de montage d'un bloc-ressort comprenant un composant polaire pour le clapet antipoussière (44) d'un bâti (10) de cassette de bande magnétique, comprenant les-étapes:
(a) de formation d'un composant polaire (40) avec une première extrémité (42) fixée au clapet antipoussière (44) et une second extrémité libre (46), la seconde extrémité libre (46) y ayant formé une première fente (48) adaptée pour l'insertion d'une branche de ressort (56) et une second fente (50) relativement plus étroite s'étendant de la première fente (48) vers la première extrémité fixée (42) du composant polaire (40);
(b) de formation du ressort (56) pour comprendre une première branche (54) et une second branche (58);
(c) et d'insertion de la première branche (54) du ressort (56) dans la première fente (48) du composant polaire (40) en provoquant automatiquement la torsion du ressort (56) et l'alignement de la première branche (54) du ressort (56) avec la second fente (50) du composant polaire (40), si bien que la première branche (54) se déplacé dans la seconde fente (50) et que la seconde branche (58) du ressort (56) se déplace et heurte le clapet antipoussière (44) pour faciliter l'insertion du ressort (56).
