Claims (10)
- Übertrager (10) für das Erzeugen eines Ausgangssignals, das einen Druck einer Prozeßflüssigkeit anzeigt, mit einer Flanschadaptereinheit (40, 65, 92, 125), die die Prozeßflüssigkeit weiterleitet und Schraubenbohrungen aufweist, die in einem Standardabstand voneinander beabstandet sind, mit: einer Einlaßvorrichtung (36, 37, 61, 81, 112) für die Aufnahme der Prozeßflüssigkeit, mit einer Kopplungsoberfläche (49, 71, 86, 119), die der Flanschadaptereinheit (40, 65, 92, 125) zugewandt und mit dieser gekoppelt ist, mit einer Dichtvorrichtung (51, 67, 87, 118), die auf der Kopplungsoberfläche (49, 71, 86, 119) für das abdichtende Koppeln der Prozeßflüssigkeit aus der Flanschadaptereinheit (40, 65, 92, 125) zu der Einlaßvorrichtung (36, 37, 61, 81, 112) angeordnet ist; ersten und zweiten Haltern (44, 70, 98, 130), die durch die Schraubenbohrungen der Flanschadaptereinheit (40, 65, 92, 125) und die Kopplungsoberfläche (49, 71, 86, 119) angeordnet sind und die Flanschadaptereinheit (40, 65, 92, 125) befestigen und die Abdichtvorrichtung (51, 67, 87, 118) zusammendrücken; einer Isolatorvorrichtung (30, 31, 63, 83, 113) mit einer Isolatoroberfläche für das Koppeln von Druck aus der Prozeßflüssigkeit zu dem Übertrager (10); einer Sensoreinrichtung (12, 62, 82) für die Aufnahme des Drucks und für die Erzeugung des Ausgangssignals; und einer Kopplungsvorrichtung (22, 23, 111), die von der Isolatorvorrichtung (30, 31, 63, 83, 113) zu der Sensoreinrichtung (12, 62, 82) für das Koppeln von Druck zwischen diesen gekoppelt ist und ein im wesentlichen inkompressibles Fluid aufweist; dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Isolatorvorrichtung (30, 31, 63, 83, 113) solche Abmessungen aufweist, daß die Isolatorvorrichtung (30, 31, 63, 83, 113) in der Einlaßvorrichtung (36, 37, 61, 81, 112) mindestens teilweise zwischen den Schraubenbohrungen angeordnet ist, wobei die Isolatorvorrichtung der Flanschadaptereinheit (40, 65, 92, 125) zugewandt ist und von der Abdichtvorrichtung (51, 67, 87, 118) umgeben ist.
- Übertrager (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten und zweiten Halter (44, 70, 98, 130) Schraubbolzen aufweisen, die je durch die Kopplungsoberfläche (49, 71, 86, 119) und die Flanschadaptereinheit (40, 65, 92, 125) verlaufen.
- Übertrager (10) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichet, daß die Mittenlinien der Schraubbolzen (44, 70, 98, 130) nicht mehr als 5 cm voneinander beabstandet sind.
- Übertrager (10) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittenlinien der Schraubbolzen (44, 70, 98, 130) nicht mehr als 4,3 cm voneinander beabstandet sind.
- Übertrager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übertrager (10) ein Differenzdruckübertrager mit zwei Einlaßvorrichtungen (36, 37, 81) ist, die Seite an Seite und voneinander beabstandet angeordnet sind, um einen Anschluß an Standardöffnungsplatten-Flanschadaptereinheiten (40, 92) zu erlauben.
- Übertrager nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand der Halter (44, 98) in den Standard-Flanschadaptereinheiten (40, 92) solchermaßen ist, daß jede Einheit (40, 92) um ihre Mitte gedreht werden kann.
- Übertrager (10) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichet, daß die Halter (44, 98) in einem rechteckigen Muster von 5,3 x 4,1 cm² angeordnet sind.
- Übertrager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wandler (10) ein Gehäuse (110) mit einer Isolatormembran (113) an der Einlaßvorrichtung (112) und einem Adapterring (116) mit einem ersten Bereich (117), der auf der Kopplungsoberfläche (119) abdichtet, und einen zweiten Bereich (122) aufweist, der eine kleinere Größe als der erste Bereich (117) hat, der dichtend an der Flanschadaptereinheit (125) anliegt.
- Übertrager (10) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übertrager (10) ferner eine Adapterplatte (90) aufweist, die zwischen der Einlaßvorrichtung (81) und den Flanschadaptereinheiten (92) mit Durchtrittsausnehmungen (93) durch diese hindurch zur Kopplung von Fluid aus den Flanschadaptereinheiten (92) zu der Einlaßvorrichtung (81) angeordnet ist.
- Übertrager (10) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schraubbolzen (98), die durch die Schraubenbohrungen in den Flanschadaptereinheiten (92) hindurchtreten, die Adapterplatte (90) abstützen.
