Claims (9)
- Matrixanzeigegerät mit einem Zeilen- und Spaltenfeld aus elektrooptischen Bildelementen, die durch einander gegenüberliegende Elektroden mit einem zwischenliegenden elektrooptischen Anzeigemedium definiert werden, und mit einem Schalt-transistor für jedes Bildelement, dem über einen Schaltsignalleiter und einen Datensignalleiter Schalt- und Datensignale aus Steuermittein zugeführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für wenigstens ein Paar benachbarter Bildelementzeilen die jeder Zeile zugeordneten Schalttransistoren jeweils von entgegengesetztem Leitfähigkeitstyp sind, und daß die Schalttransistoren beider eilen mit einem gemeinsamen Schaltsignalleiter verbunden sind, dem Schaltsignale für beide Schalttransistypen zugeführt werden.
- Matrixanzeigeanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalttransistoren mit gegensinnigen Polaritäten n- und p-Kanal-TFT in der Herstellung auf einem gemeinsamen Substrat enthalten.
- Matrixanzeigeanordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die TFT Polysilizium-TFT enthalten.
- Matrixanzeigeanordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die TFT amorphe Silizium-TFT enthalten.
- Mantrixanzeigeanordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die TFT wiederkristallisierte Halbleiter-TFT enthalten.
- Mantrixanzeigeanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalttransistoren mit gegensinnigen Polaritäten n- und p-Kanal-TFT in der Herstellung auf einem Halbleitersubstrat enthalten.
- Matrixanzeigeanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaltsignale von einer Schaltsignalsteuerschaltung geliefert werden, die auf dem Substrat mit den Schalttransistoren hergestellt sind.
- Matrixanzeigeanordnung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalttransistoren und die Steuerschaltung in einem CMOS-Prozeß hergestellt sind.
- Matrixanzeigeanordnung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrooptischen Bildelemente Flüssigkristall-Bildelemente enthalten.
