Claims (12)
1. Un composé de formule
ou un de ses sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, dans laquelle formule R' représente un groupe alkyle avec 1 à 3 atomes de carbone, R2 et R3 sont identiques ou différents et chacun d'eux représente un atome d'hydrogène, de chlore ou de brome.
2. Un composé selon la revendication 1, de formule I, dans lequel R1 est un groupe alkyle avec 1 à 3 atomes de carbone et R2 et R3 sont identiques ou différents et chacun représente un atome d'hydrogène, de chlore ou de brome, sous réserve que R2 soit un chlore ou un brome lorsque R3 est de l'hydrogène.
3. Un composé selon la revendication 1, de formule I, dans lequel R1 est un groupe méthyle et R2 et R3 sont identiques ou différents et représentent chacun un atome de chlore ou de brome.
4. Composé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 sous la forme d'un stéréoisomère sensiblement pur.
5. Composé selon la revendication 1 de formule I, dans lequel R1 est un groupe méthyle, R2 est un atome de brome et R3 est un atome d'hydrogène, sous la forme d'un stéréoisomère sensiblement pur.
6. Composé selon la revendication 5 sous la forme d'un chlorhydrate.
7. Un procédé pour la préparation d'un composé selon la revendication 1, lequel procédé consiste à faire réagir un composé de formule:
dans laquelle R1, R2 et R3 ont les définitions données dans la revendication 1 et ―CO―Z est un groupe réactif capable de réagir avec un groupe amino avec formation d'une portion amide, avec
en vue de la formation d'un composé de formule I, après quoi le composé obtenu est, si on le désire, converti en un de ses sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables et/ou est converti en un de ses stéréoisomères sensiblement purs. ,
8. Composition pharmaceutique comprenant, à titre d'ingrédient actif, une quantité théra- neutiquement efficace d'au moins un composé selon la revendication 1 en association avec un véhicule pharmaceutiquement acceptable.
9. Composition pharmaceutique selon la revendication 8 comprenant à titre d'ingrédient actif un composé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6 en association avec un véhicule pharmaceutiquement acceptable.
10. Composition pharmaceutique selon l'une des revendications 8-9 sous forme de dose unitaire.
11. Composé selon la revendication 1, destiné au traitement des psychoses.
12. Composé tel que défini à l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6 destiné au traitement des psychoses.
