Claims (13)

1. Formungsverfahren, welches Verfahren aufweist Zuführen geschmolzenen formbaren Materials zu einem Formenhohlraum (17), Unterwerfen mindestens eines Teils des zugeführten geschmolzenen Materials einer Scherkraft, Erreichen, daß das Material unter Aufrechterhalten der Scherkraft aushärtet, und Ausformen des geformten Materials, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zugeführte geschmolzene Material der Scherkraft dadurch ausgesetzt wird, daß eine periodische Kraft auf jede von mehreren Bereichen des geschmolzenen Materials ausgeübt wird, wobei ein Unterschied bei den periodischen Kräften vorliegt, die auf mindestens zwei unterschiedliche derartige Bereiche ausgeübt werden (über 14,15), um eine Scherung des geschmolzenen Materials zwischen zumindest diesen beiden Bereichen zu bewirken.
2. Formungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das formbare Material ein Polymermaterial enthält.
3. Formungsverfahren nach Anspruch 2, bei dem das Polymermaterial ein thermoplastisches polymer enthält.
4. Formungsverfahren nach Anspruch 3, bei dem das thermoplastische Polymer ein teilkristallines Polymer enthält.
5. Formungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, bei dem das Polymermaterial ein Homo-oder Copolyolefin oder ein Blend davon mit mindestens einem anderen Polymer ist.
6. Formungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das formbare Material gefüllt ist.
7. Formungsverfahren nach Anspruch 2, bei dem das Polymermaterial ein Flüssigkristall-Polymer enthält.
8. Formungsverfahren nach Anspruch 2, bei dem das Polymermaterial ein wärmehärtbares Material enthält.
9. Formungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die auf mindestens zwei unterschiedliche Bereiche des geschmolzenen Materials ausgeübten periodischen Kräfte mit gleicher Frequenz ausgeübt werden.
10. Formungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die auf mindestens zwei unterschiedliche Bereiche des geschmolzenen Materials ausgeübten periodischen Kräfte miteinander nicht in Phase sind.
11. Formungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem unmittelbar vor der Verfestigung des geschmolzenen formbaren Materials die periodischen Kräfte in Phase ausgeübt werden, um auf den Formenhohlraum eine Hilfs-Verdichtungskraft auszuüben.
12. Formungsvorrichtung mit einem Formenhohlraum (17), einer Einrichtung (1) zum Zuführen geschmolzenen formbaren Materials in diese und zwischen dem Formenhohlraum und der Zuführeinrichtung eingefügt eine Einrichtung, um eine Scherkraft auf zumindest einen Teil irgendeines zugeführten geschmolzenen Materials auszuüben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Ausüben einer Scherkraft eine Einrichtung enthält zum Ausüben periodischer Kräfte auf das geschmolzene Material in zumindest zwei unterschiedlichen Bereiche in dem Formenhohlraum.
13. Formungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, die eine Spritzgießformvorrichtung enthält.
