Claims (11)

1. Schließvorrichtung zum Festlegen von zwei Organen (1, 2) untereinander von denen wenigstens eines gegenüber dem anderen beweglich ist, mit einem Riegel (4), der dazu bestimmt ist auf einem der Organe festgelegt zu werden und einem Schließhaken bzw. eine Schließeinrichtung (3), der dazu bestimmt ist auf dem anderen der Organe festgelegt zu werden, wobei die Schließeinrichtung ein einziehbares Rückhalteorgan (12), das mit einer Einrichtung (17) zum Einhaken des Riegels versehen ist und ein Betätigungsorgan (9) aufweist, wobei das Rückhalteorgan (12) gleitend entlang einer Achse gegenüber einem elastischen Organ (14) zur Rückstellung in eine entspannte Stellung angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß weiterhin das Rückhalteorgan bei seinem Freiwerden oszillierend bzw. hin- und herbeweglich um die Achse unter Einwirkung des elastischen Rückstellorgans angeordnet ist, und daß der Riegel solange er sich in der Schließeinrichtung (3) befindet, eine axiale Anschlageinrichtung für das Rückhalteorgan in entspannter Stellung nach Drehung von diesem um die Achse bildet, wobei der Riegel weiterhin bei seiner Auslösung aus der Schließeinrichtung eine automatische Rückstelleinrichtung des Rückhalteorgans (12) bildet.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rückhalteorgan (12) einen Bereich (22) der Begrenzung der Drehbewegung aufweist.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Organ eine Schraubenfeder (14) ist, die axial komprimiert und unter Torsionsspannung vorgespannt angeordnet ist.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsorgan einen Druckknopf (9) aufweist, der geeignet ist, wenigstens in der geschlossenen Stellung der Vorrichtung sich nach außen der Schließeinrichtung vorspringend zu erstrecken.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine mit dem Rückhalteorgan verbundene Hülse (9a) vorgesehen ist, die sowohl drehbar als auch translatorisch bewegbar auf einer Stange (13) angeordnet ist, die an der Schließeinrichtung befestigt ist, wobei der Druckknopf (9) selbst drehbeweglich auf der Hülse (9a) angeordnet ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckknopf den Boden einer Vertiefung (10) durchdringt, die auf einer Außenseite der Schließeinrichtung ausgebildet ist, wobei die Länge des Druckknopfes und die Tiefe der Vertiefung derart sind, daß in aktiver Stellung der Rückhalteeinrichtung der Druckknopf nicht aus der Vertiefung nach außen vorspringt.
7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Einrichtung zur Unbenutzbarmachung der Rückhalteeinrichtung in Schließstellung der Vorrichtung vorgesehen ist.
8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zur Unbenutzbarmachung eine Schließe bzw. Schließeinrichtung aufweist, die die Bewegung einer Zunge (21) steuert, die dazu bestimmt ist, in Verriegelungsstellung gegen eine Gleitbewegung des Rückhalteorgans (12) in seine eingezogene Stellung zu wirken.

Gegenstand, insbesondere ein Koffer, mit zwei Körperabschnitten (1, 2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er wenigstens eine Schließvorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche aufweist, wobei jeder Riegel auf einem der Körperbereiche befestigt und jeder Schließhaken bzw. jede Schließeinrichtung entsprechend am anderen Körperbereich befestigt ist.

Gegenstand nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf wenigstens einem Abschnitt des Umfangsrandes entsprechend wenigstens einem der Körperabschnitte eine elastische Garnitur vorgesehen ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, bei dem Schließen des oder jeder Schließvorrichtung elastisch komprimiert zu werden.
11. Schließanordnung, insbesondere einer Gebäudeöffnung, die eine ungefähr parallel zu einer zweiten Platte bewegliche Platte aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie wenigstens eine Schließvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweist, wobei jeder Riegel auf einer der Platten und jeder zugehörige Schließhaken bzw. jede Schließeinrichtung auf der anderen der Platten befestigt ist.
