Claims (14)

1. Sigurnosna struktura (8) za ograđivanje željezničke pruge, obuhvaća ogradu (9) koja je uspravna u položaju uporabe i ima potpornje (10) koji su vodoravni u položaju uporabe, ti potpornji se mogu spojiti za prugu (3) na jednom kraju (11), a taj kraj (11) ima trajni magnet sa slobodnom površinom (20) za kontakt s prugom, naznačeno time što taj kraj (11) ima glavu (18) u čijem se krajnjem dijelu nalazi taj magnet (15), krajnji dio glave oblikovan je da dođe u kontakt s mrežnim dijelom (25) pruge (3), kontaktna površina tog krajnjeg dijela s mrežnim dijelom (25) obuhvaća slobodnu površinu (20) tog magneta (15), taj magnet (15) služi apsorbiranju vučnih sila koje djeluju u smjeru pod pravim kutovima u odnosu na kontaktnu površinu, pri čemu je krajnji dio glave u kojem je magnet (15) jedini dio potpornja koji je, u položaju uporabe, u kontaktu s prugom (3).
2. Sigurnosna struktura prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je taj magnet (15) zglobno (13) spojen za potporanj.
3. Sigurnosna struktura prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, gdje taj magnet obuhvaća više magnetnih dijelova (15) koji se nalaze jedan iznad drugoga u položaju uporabe.
4. Sigurnosna struktura prema zahtjevu 3, gdje se ti magnetni dijelovi mogu maknuti u odnosu na potporanj.
5. Sigurnosna struktura prema zahtjevu 4, gdje se ti magnetni dijelovi međusobno mogu pomicati u longitudinalnom smjeru (27) potpornja.
6. Sigurnosna struktura prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 3-5, gdje su plastični dijelovi punjeni metalom (16) prisutni između magnetnih dijelova.
7. Sigurnosna struktura prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 3-6, gdje jedan od magnetnih dijelova (15) ima otvor (19), kroz koji se pruža igla (17) čiji je promjer u biti manji od promjera tog otvora kako bi bilo moguće micati taj magnetni dio.
8. Sigurnosna struktura prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 3-7, gdje prednja površina (20) tih magnetnih dijelova odgovara obliku mreže pruge (3).
9. Sigurnosna struktura prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, gdje se taj magnet nalazi u dijeli nalik vilici (12), u kojem je držak (28) tog dijela zglobno spojen s potpornjem (10).
10. Sigurnosna struktura prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, gdje je potporanj (10) spojen za ogradu pomoću zgloba na zaključavanje (22, 23).
11. Sigurnosna struktura (8) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, gdje je kontaktna površina barem 5 cm visoka i 10 cm dugačka.
12. Sigurnosna struktura prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, gdje je potporanj (10) oblikovan da bude poduprijet na željezničkom pragu (4).
13. Postupak uklanjanja sigurnosne strukture (8) za ograđivanje za ograđivanje željezničke pruge, ta sigurnosna struktura (8) obuhvaća ogradu (9) koja je uspravna u položaju uporabe i ima potpornje (10) koji su vodoravni u položaju uporabe, ti potpornji se mogu spojiti za prugu (3) na jednom kraju (11), a taj kraj (11) potpornja (10) ima glavu (18) u čijem se krajnjem dijelu nalazi trajni magnet (15), slobodna kontaktna površina tog krajnjeg dijela u kontaktu je s mrežom (25) pruge (3), pri čemu je krajnji dio glave u kojem je magnet (15) jedini dio potpornja koji je u kontaktu s prugom i kada se potporanj (10) podigne na kraju blizu ograde (9), magnet (15) se potisne prema dolje duž mreže (25) pruge te se odvoji od te mreže (25).
14. Pruga (11) sa sigurnosnom strukturom (8) prema zahtjevu 1, obuhvaća željezničku prugu (1) konstruiranu na ležištu (2) i koja ima pragove (4) i razmaknute tračnice, gdje svaka tračnica (3) ima glavu (24), mrežu (25) i stopalo (26), gdje sigurnosna struktura (8) obuhvaća ogradu (9) koja je uspravna u položaju uporabe i ima potpornje (10) koji su vodoravni u položaju uporabe, ti potpornji (10) se mogu spojiti za jednu od tračnica (3) na jednom kraju (11), naznačeno time što taj kraj (11) potpornja (10) ima glavu (18) u čijem se krajnjem dijelu nalazi trajni magnet (15), slobodna kontaktna površina tog krajnjeg dijela u kontaktu je s mrežom (25) te tračnice (3), pri čemu je krajnji dio glave u kojem je magnet (15) jedini dio potpornja koji je u kontaktu s prugom u položaju uporabe.
