Claims (14)
1. Tibijalna komponenta (10), pogodna za upotrebu u ortopedskim protezama, pri čemu proteza obuhvaća komponentu butne kosti i odstojno ležište (90), tibijalna komponenta (10) obuhvaća:
- planarnu tibijalnu ploču (15) ima gornju noseću površinu (30) i donju površinu (20) koja se spaja na kost;
- tibijalna ploča (15) sa najmanje jednim anterirorno smještenim spojem odstojnog ležišta za uklonjivo pričvršćivanje odstojnog ležišta (90) na tibijalnu ploču (15); naznačena time da se tibijalna ploča (15) prilagodi da naizmjenično prima in situ anteriorno opterećena odstojna ležišta (90) s minimalnim anteriornim pristupom i za sklopove proteza s mobilnim ležištem i s fiksnim ležištem,
pri čemu međusobna izmjenjivost odstojnog ležišta (90) između mobilnih i fiksnih sklopova je trenutna ili naknadna u postupku revizije, bez ometanja spojne površine kosti tibijalne komponente (10).
2. Tibijalna komponenta (10) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da se odstojno ležište (90) uklonjivo pričvršćuje na tibijalnu komponentu (10) čime se sprječava pomicanje odstojnog ležišta (90) u odnosu na tibijalnu komponentu (10), i pri čemu je pomicanje odstojnog ležišta (90) rotaciono kretanje, translatorno kretanje, ili kombinacija rotacionog i translatornog kretanja.
3. Tibijalna komponenta (10) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da odstojno ležište (90) obuhvaća konkavnu površinu za prijem komponente butne kosti, čija se komponenta butne kosti postavi tako da se oslanja na konkavnu površinu odstojnog ležišta (90), za upotrebu u sklopu proteze sa mobilnim odstojnim ležištem.
4. Tibijalna komponenta (10) prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačena time da konkavna površina na odstojno ležište (90) definira zakrivljenost od pretežno 6°.
5. Tibijalna komponenta (10) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačena time da odstojno ležište (90) obuhvaća planarnu površinu za prijem komponente butne kosti, komponenta butne kosti se postavi tako da se oslanja na planarnu površinu odstojnog ležišta (90), za upotrebu u sklopu proteze sa fiksnim odstojnim ležištem.
6. Tibijalna komponenta (10) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da tibijalna ploča (15) obuhvaća ortogonalnu prirubnicu (40) koja se nalazi na aspektu tibijalne ploče (15) koji je najbliži centralnoj liniji koljena, ortogonalna prirubnica (40) ima na sebi smješten prstenast ili zakošen otvor (45).
7. Tibijalna komponenta (10) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da spoj znači primarni spoj, opcionalno u obliku zavrtnja i otvor s navojem za zavrtanj za postavljanje i otpustivo pričvršćivanje odstojnog ležišta (90) na ortogonalnu prirubnicu (40) ili na tibijalnu ploču (15).
8. Tibijalna komponenta (10) prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, naznačena time da je primarni spoj upotpunjen sekundarnim spojem, kolektivno definiran pomoću elementa (65) za pronalaženje mjesta, rubnog udubljenja (60), elementa (55) za zahvaćanje i držača (50) da osigura tri dodatne točke pričvršćenja.
9. Tibijalna komponenta (10) prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, naznačena time da su i element (65) za pronalaženje mjesta i (55) element za zahvaćanje postavljeni na odstojnom ležištu (90).
10. Tibijalna komponenta (10) prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, naznačena time da je element (65) za pronalaženje mjesta posteriorno raspoređen na odstojnom ležištu (90) i predviđen je za uskočno namještanje preko rubnog udubljenja (60) smještenog na tibijalnoj ploči (15).
11. Tibijalna komponenta (10) prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, naznačena time da je element (55) za zahvaćanje smješten anteriorno na odstojno ležište (90) i predviđen je za frikciono sprezanje sa komplementarno oblikovanim držačem (50) smještenim na tibijalnoj ploči (15).
12. Tibijalna komponenta (10) prema patentnom zahtjevu 3 ili patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačena time da odstojno ležište (90) obuhvaća kombinaciju na njemu smještene i planarne i konkavne površine na suprotnim stranama odstojnog ležišta (90).
13. Tibijalna komponenta (10) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, za upotrebu kod ljudi, i posebno za ljudsko koljeno.
14. Ortopedska proteza koja obuhvaća tibijalnu komponentu (10) prema u patentnom zahtjevu 1, i komponentu butne kosti, pri čemu komponenta butne kosti definira zglobnu noseću površinu butne kosti i još obuhvaća eliptično tijelo koje ima anteriorni element i posteriorni element, i unutrašnju površinu spoja butne kosti; zglobna noseća površina butne kosti i unutrašnja spojna površina butne kosti imaju pretežno uniformnu poprečnu zakrivljenost u bilo kojoj točki cijelom dužinom anteriornog elementa, čime se osigurava povećani radijus unutrašnje površine spoja butne kosti i povećana linija poprečnog presjeka pričvršćenja na tkivo kosti; i unutrašnja površina spoja butne kosti još definira liniju spoja koji se pruža preko njegove pretežno vanjske ivice oboda.
