Claims (8)
1. Postupak za valjanje metalne trake (4) u koracima, pri čemu se metalna traka (4) odmotava s uređaja za odmotavanje (5) i namotava pomoću uređaja za namotavanje (6), pri čemu se tijekom postupka valjanja, metalna traka (4) vodi kroz prorez između valjaka (3), koji je oblikovan između dva radna valjka (1, 2), te se prorez između valjaka (3) mijenja na specifični način tijekom postupka valjanja, pri čemu kao rezultat, mijenja se debljina trake metalne trake (4) u koracima u uzdužnom smjeru (7) tijekom postupka valjanja, naznačen time da se napetost trake, koja se primjenjuje na metalnu traku (4), kontrolira na specifičan način tako da je sila valjanja (W), koja se primjenjuje na metalnu traku (4) pomoću radnih valjaka (1, 2), konstantna tijekom postupka valjanja.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se konstantna sila valjanja W mijenja tijekom postupka valjanja samo do te mjere da je elastična deformacija radnih valjaka (1, 2) konstantna ili je približno konstantna tijekom postupka valjanja.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se tijekom postupka valjanja kontrolira napetost trake prema naprijed σ1, koja se primjenjuje s uređajem za namotavanje (6) i/ili napetost trake prema unatrag σ0, koja se primjenjuje s uređajem za odmotavanje (5).
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da na oblik prijelaza, naročito njihov gradijent i radijus prijelaznih točaka (12, 13, 14, 15), između debljine trake, koja se mijenja u koracima, metalne trake (4) utječe specifična kontrola napetosti trake i specifična kontrola brzine i podešavanja brzine radnih valjaka (1, 2).
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 3 do 4, naznačen time da za smanjivanje debljine trake, prorez između valjaka (3) se smanjuje i napetost trake prema naprijed σ1 i napetost trake prema unatrag σ0 se povećavaju.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 3 do 5, naznačen time da za povećavanje debljine trake, prorez između valjaka (3) se povećava i napetost trake prema naprijed σ1 i napetost trake prema unatrag σ0 se smanjuju.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se podešavanje brzine radnih valjaka (1, 2) i/ili brzine radnih valjaka (1, 2), uređaja za odmotavanje (5) i/ili uređaja za namotavanje (6) kontrolira prema unaprijed izračunatim podacima za brzinu.
8. Uređaj za primjenu postupka u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da sadrži barem dva radna valjka (1, 2) koji tvore prorez između valjaka (3), uređaj za odmotavanje (5), uređaj za namotavanje (6) i sredstva za podešavanje i kontrolna sredstva (9) koja mogu podešavati i/ili nadzirati podešavanje radnih valjaka (1, 2), brzinu radnih valjaka (1, 2) i brzinu uređaja za odmotavanje (5) i/ili uređaja za namotavanje (6).
