Claims (14)

1. Postupak za preradu mješavine čestica otpada od celuloze/plastike koji obuhvaća celulozne i termoplastične materijale, naznačen time, da celulozni materijal i termoplastični materijal čini najmanje 60 težinskih% mješavine otpada pri čemu termoplastični materijal čini najmanje 20 težinskih% ukupne težine mješavine otpada, a koji postupak obuhvaća slijedeće korake: (a) sušenje celulozno/plastične mješavine otpada tretiranjem s medijem pri temperaturi u rasponu od 50 do 150 °C, pri čemu je sadržaj vode reduciran na 15 težinskih% ili manje; (b) pri čemu izlazna temperatura medija za sušivanje ima temperaturu od 115 °C ili manje, (c) dovođenje osušene celulozno/plastične mješavine otpada u fazu pročišćavanja, i (d) podvrgavanje suhe tvari celulozno/plastočne mješavine otpada fazi pročišćavanja, pri čemu faza pročišćavanja sadrži najmanje jedan separator odabran iz skupine koju čine: separator na vjetar, sito, separator metala, separator za odvajanje sastojaka koji sadrže klor, ili njihovu kombinaciju.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačene time, da korak pročišćavanja obuhvaća separator vjetra.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da korak pročišćavanja obuhvaća sito.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se korak pročišćavanja sastoji od komponente separatora koja sadrži klor temeljem NIR tehnologije koja je sposobna ukloniti plastične dijelove koji sadrže klor.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da korak pročišćavanja obuhvaća metalni separator.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da korak pročišćavanja obuhvaća najmanje dva separatora odabranih iz bilo kojeg od patentnih zahtjeva 2-5.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se mješavina celulozno/plastičnog otpada transportira na transporteru za sušenje kako bi osušio tu mješavinu.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se celulozno/plastičnog otpadno sredstvo dovodi u rotacijsku sušilicu kako bi se smjesa osušila.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se u koraku sušenja koristi sredstvo za sušenje, te da se medij zagrijava koristeći preostalu toplinu, i pri čemu je medij za sušenje plinoviti medij.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je sadržaj vode mješavine u celulozno/plastičnoj smjesi u koraku (a) smanjen na 10 težinskih% ili manje i na vrijednosti od 2 težinskih% ili više.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se celulozno/plastična smjesa prije koraka (a) prethodno obrađuje mehaničkim pritiskom da se smanji sadržaj vode.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se celulozno/plastična mješavina otpada, prije ulaska u korak (a), sastoji se od čestica s promjerom čestice od najviše 150 mm ili manjim, i 60 mm ili više.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da nadalje sadrži zbijanje pročišćene celulozno/plastične mješavine otpada, tako da se dobiju pelete i opcionalno, još obuhvaća usitnjavanje peleta dobivenih iz stupnja kompaktiranja zbijanja, da bi se dobio prah.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da celulozno/plastična mješavina potječe od recikliranja papira.
