Claims (22)
1. Suncokret otporan na herbicide, naznačen time što sadrži dva različita alela otporna na herbicide gena za veliku podjedinicu 1 suncokretske sintaze acetohidroksikiselina (AHASL1), gdje prvi alel kodira prvi protein AHASL1 otporan na herbicide, koji sadrži zamjenu alanina treoninom na aminokiselinskom položaju koji odgovara položaju 7 u SEQ ID NO:20, a drugi alel kodira drugi protein AHASL1 otporan na herbicide, koji sadrži zamjenu alanina valinom na aminokiselinskom položaju koji odgovara položaju 90 u SEQ ID NO:20 ili zamjenu prolina leucinom na aminokiselinskom položaju koji odgovara položaju 82 u SEQ ID NO:20; gdje je navedeni suncokret otporan na herbicide otporan na najmanje jedan herbicid koji inhibira AHAS.
2. Suncokret u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je navedeni herbicid koji inhibira AHAS imidazolinonski herbicid, sulfonilurejski herbicid, triazolopirimidinski herbicid, sulfonilamino-karboniltriazolinonski herbicid, ili njihove smjese.
3. Suncokret u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je navedeni suncokret u obliku sjemena.
4. Suncokret u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što navedeni suncokret proizvodi sjemenke koje sadrže ulje koje se može ekstrahirati iz sjemenki koje sadrži najmanje 85% oleinske kiseline.
5. Postupak uzgoja suncokreta prilikom kontrole korova u blizini navedenog suncokreta, gdje se navedeni postupak sastoji u primjeni djelotvorne količina herbicide koji inhibira AHAS na korovima i na suncokretu, naznačen time što se navedeni suncokret bira iz skupine koju čine:
(a) suncokret koji sadrži prvi alel gena AHASL1 i drugi alel navedenog gena AHASL1, gdje navedeni prvi alel kodira prvi protein AHASL1 otporan na herbicide, koji sadrži zamjenu alanina treoninom na aminokiselinskom položaju koji odgovara položaju 7 u SEQ ID NO:20, a navedeni drugi alel kodira drugi protein AHASL1 otporan na herbicide, koji sadrži zamjenu alanina valinom na aminokiselinskom položaju koji odgovara položaju 90 u SEQ ID NO:20; i
(b) suncokret koji sadrži prvi alel gena AHASL1 i drugi alel navedenog gena AHASL1, gdje navedeni prvi alel kodira prvi protein AHASL1 otporan na herbicide, koji sadrži zamjenu alanina treoninom na aminokiselinskom položaju koji odgovara položaju 7 u SEQ ID NO:20, a navedeni drugi alel kodira drugi protein AHASL1 otporan na herbicide, koji sadrži zamjena prolina leucinom na aminokiselinskom položaju koji odgovara položaju 82 u SEQ ID NO:20.
6. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što navedeni herbicid koji inhibira AHAS sadrži imidazolinonski herbicid, sulfonilurejski herbicid, triazolopirimidinski herbicid, sulfonilamino-karboniltriazolinonski herbicid, ili njihova smjesa.
7. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačen time što navedeni imidazolinonski herbicid sadrži: 2-(4-izopropil-4-metil-5-okso-2-imidazolin-2-il)nikotinsku kiselinu, 2-(4-izopropil)-4-metil-5-okso-2-imidazolin-2-il)kinolin-3-karboksilnu kiselinu, 5-etil-2-(4-izopropil-4-metil-5-okso-2-imidazolin-2-il)nikotinsku kiselinu, 2-(4-izopropil-4-metil-5-okso-2-imidazolin-2-il)-5-(metoksimetil)nikotinsku kiselinu, 2-(4-izopropil-4-metil-5-okso-2-imidazolin-2-il)-5-metilnikotinsku kiselinu, smjese metil-6-(4-izopropil-4-metil-5-okso-2-imidazolin-2-il)-m-toluata i metil-2-(4-izopropil-4-metil-5-okso-2-imidazolin-2-il)-p-toluata, ili njihove smjese.
8. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačen time što navedeni sulfonilurejski herbicid sadrži: klorsulfuron, metsulfuron-metil, sulfometuron-metil, klorimuron-etil, tifensulfuron-metil, tribenuron-metil, bensulfuron-metil, nicosulfuron, etametsulfuron-metil, rimsulfuron, triflusulfuron-metil, triasulfuron, primisulfuron-metil, cinosulfuron, amidosulfuron, flazasulfuron, imazosulfuron, pirazosulfuron-etil, halosulfuron, ili njihove smjese.
9. Sjeme suncokreta u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačeno time što se navedeno sjeme tretira herbicidom koji inhibira AHAS.
10. Sjeme u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačeno time što navedeni herbicid koji inhibira AHAS sadrži imidazolinonski herbicid, sulfonilurejski herbicid, triazolopirimidinski herbicid, sulfonilamino-karboniltriazolinonski herbicid, ili njihovu smjesu.
11. Postupak uzgoja suncokreta otpornog na herbicide u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 prilikom borbe protiv nepoželjnog raslinja, naznačen time što se sastoji u stavljanju u kontakt sjemena suncokreta prije sjetve i/ili nakon predklijanja djelotvornom količinom herbicida koji inhibira AHAS, gdje navedeno sjeme suncokreta sadrži dva različita alela otporna na herbicide gena za veliku podjedinicu 1 suncokretske sintaze acetohidroksikiselina (AHASL1), gdje prvi alel kodira prvi protein AHASL1 otporan na herbicide, koji sadrži zamjenu alanina treoninom na aminokiselinskom položaju koji odgovara položaju 7 u SEQ ID NO:20, a drugi alel kodira drugi protein AHASL1 otporan na herbicide, koji sadrži zamjenu alanina valinom na aminokiselinskom položaju koji odgovara položaju 90 u SEQ ID NO:20 ili zamjenu prolina leucinom na aminokiselinskom položaju koji odgovara položaju 82 u SEQ ID NO:20.
12. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time što navedeni herbicid koji inhibira AHAS sadrži imidazolinonski herbicid, sulfonilurejski herbicid, triazolopirimidinski herbicid, sulfonilamino-karboniltriazolinonski herbicid, ili njihovu smjesu.
13. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što navedeni korovi uključuju volovod.
14. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 13, naznačen time što se navedeni volovod bira iz skupine koju čine: Orobanche cumana i Orobanche cernua.
15. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 13, naznačen time što navedeni imidazolinonski herbicid sadrži: 2-(4-izopropil-4-metil-5-okso-2-imidazolin-2-il)nikotinsku kiselinu, 2-(4-izopropil)-4-metil-5-okso-2-imidazolin-2-il)-3-kinolinkarboksilnu kiselinu, 5-etil-2-(4-izopropil-4-metil-5-okso-2-imidazolin-2-il)nikotinsku kiselinu, 2-(4-izopropil-4-metil-5-okso-2-imidazolin-2-il)-5-(metoksimetil)nikotinsku kiselinu, 2-(4-izopropil-4-metil-5-okso-2-imidazolin-2-il)-5-metilnikotinsku kiselinu, smjese metil-6-(4-izopropil-4-metil-5-okso-2-imidazolin-2-il)-m-toluata i metil-2-(4-izopropil-4-metil-5-okso-2-imidazolin-2-il)-p-toluata, ili njihove smjese.
16. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 13, naznačen time što je navedeni imidazolinonski herbicid imazapir.
17. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 13, naznačen time što se navedeni imidazolinonski herbicid primjenjuje u stadiju rasta R1.
18. Postupak genotipiziranja suncokreta u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-4, ili njegovog potomstva, ili sjemena u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 9-10, što sadrži suncokretski AHASL1, naznačen time što se navedeni postupak sastoji u koracima:
(a) dobivanja genomske DNA iz navedenog suncokreta ili sjemena;
(b) upotrebe navedene DNA kao uzorka za prvu amplifikaciju lančanom reakcijom polimeraze (PCR), koja uključuje navedenu DNA, polimerazu, deosiribonukleotid-trifosfate, početnicu prema naprijed za AHASL1 i početnicu prema natrag za divlji tip AHASL1, gdje se navedena početnica prema natrag za divlji tip AHASL1 sparuje s nukleotidnim slijedom koji sadrži nukleotidni slijed iznijet u SEQ ID NO:13, gdje je nukleotid koji je na 3′ kraju nukleotid navedene početnice prema natrag za divlji tip AHASL1 koji je komplement nukleotida koji je na položaju 1 u nukleotidnom slijedu iznijetom u SEQ ID NO:13;
(c) upotreba navedene DNA kao uzorak za drugu PCR amplifikaciju koja uključuje navedenu DNA, polimerazu, deosiribonukleotid-trifosfate, navedenu početnicu prema naprijed za AHASL1 i početnicu prema natrag za mutantni AHASL1, gdje se navedena početnica prema natrag za mutantni AHASL1 sparuje s nukleotidnim slijedom koji sadrži nukleotidni slijed iznijet u SEQ ID NO:14, gdje je nukleotid koji je na 3′ kraju nukleotid navedene početnice prema natrag za mutantni AHASL1 koji je komplement nukleotida koji je na položaju 1 u nukleotidnom slijedu iznijetom u SEQ ID NO:14; i
(d) detektiranja produkata navedene prve i navedene druge PCR amplifikacije;
gdje navedena početnica prema naprijed za AHASL1 sadrži nukleotidni slijed koji odgovara području suncokretskog gena AHASL1 koje je 5′ u odnosu na područje (ACC)n.
19. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 18, naznačen time što navedena početnica prema natrag za divlji tip AHASL1 sadrži nukleotidni slijed iznijet u SEQ ID NO:4.
20. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 18, naznačen time što navedena početnica prema natrag za mutantni AHASL1 sadrži nukleotidni slijed iznijet u SEQ ID NO:5.
21. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 18, naznačen time što se navedena početnica prema naprijed za AHASL1 sparuje s nukleotidnim slijedom koji sadrži komplement nukleotidnog slijeda iznijetog u SEQ ID NO:12.
22. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 18, naznačen time što navedena početnica prema naprijed za AHASL1 sadrži nukleotidni slijed iznijet u SEQ ID NO:3.
