Claims (6)
1. Cijev za projektile iz vatrenog oružja, osobito iz lakog osobnog vatrenog oružja, naznačena time što je načinjena od deformiranog materijala kemijskog sastava u težinskim %

kao i nečistoće zbog taljenja, gdje materijal za navedenu toplinski obrađenu cijev za projektile ima tvrdoću od najmanje 46 do 48 HRC.
2. Cijev za projektile u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što je načinjena od deformiranog materijala kemijskog sastava u težinskim %

kao i nečistoće zbog taljenja, gdje materijal za navedenu toplinski obrađenu cijev za projektile ima tvrdoću od najmanje 46 do 48 HRC.
3. Cijev za projektile u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačena time što je načinjena od deformiranog materijala koji sadrži najmanje jedan element s koncentracijom u težinskim %

4. Postupak proizvodnje cijevi za projektile iz vatrenog oružja u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što se toplinsku obradu provodi kao vakuumsku toplinsku obradu, gdje se najmanje jedno stvrdnjavanje provodi na temperaturi iznad 940°C, no ispod 995°C, uz vrijeme zadržavanja na temperaturi stvrdnjavanja nakon djelomičnog grijanja u trajanju od najmanje 20 minuta, te gdje se kaljenje ponavlja najmanje dva puta radi tvrdoće strukture na temperaturi iznad 575°C.
5. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što se stvrdnjavanje materijala cijev za projektile provodi na rasponu temperatura od 960 do 980°C, uz vrijeme zadržavanja na navedenoj temperaturi austenitiziranja od više od 25 minuta, nakon čega se provodi višestruko kaljenje na temperaturi od otprilike 600°C.
6. Postupak proizvodnje cijevi za projektile iz vatrenog oružja u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 i 3 do 5, naznačen time što se vakuumsku obradu taline provodi tijekom proizvodnje materijala.
