Claims (21)
1. Spremnički sklop (20, 21, 21′, 22, 22′, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27) vanjskog spremnika (1, 1′) i unutarnjeg spremnika (2, 2′), postavljenog radi toplinskog izoliranja u vanjski spremnik, gdje je prstenasti ugradbeni prostor (7) omeđen između unutarnjeg spremnika (2, 2′) i vanjskog spremnika (1, 1′), gdje se nalazi jedan fiksni ležaj (30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39), koji prenosi sile koje djeluju u svim smjerovima u prostoru, koji sadrži fiksne nosive osiguravajuće elemente (5, 5′, 5′′, 5′′′), koji međudjeluju, u jednu ruku, s vanjskim spremnikom (1, 1′) i, u drugu ruku, s unutarnjim spremnikom (2, 2′) i koje se može napregnuti napinjanjem i pritiskanjem, gdje fiksni nosivi osiguravajući elementi (5, 5′, 5′′, 5′′′) međudjeluju s unutarnjim spremnikom (2, 2′) dok su tako razmješteni da su raspodijeljeni u ugradbenom prostoru (7), a po mogućnosti su raspodijeljeni u području oboda unutarnjeg spremnika, te fiksni nosivi osiguravajući elementi (5, 5′, 5′′, 5′′′) međudjeluju s vanjskim spremnikom (1, 1′) dok su raspodijeljeni u prstenastom ugradbenom prostoru (7), po mogućnosti u području oboda vanjskog spremnika (1, 1′), gdje su fiksni nosivi osiguravajući elementi (5, 5′, 5′′, 5′′′) nakošeni u odnosu na uzdužnu os (L2) unutarnjeg spremnika (2, 2′) i, osobito, nisu okomiti u odnosu na uzdužnu os (L2) unutarnjeg spremnika (2), naznačen time što su fiksni nosivi osiguravajući elementi (5, 5′, 5′′, 5′′′) dizajnirani kao rešetkasti elementi okvirne konstrukcije ili kao ploče ili kao ploče okvirne konstrukcije.
2. Spremnički sklop (20, 21, 21′, 22, 22′, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se dodirne točke (5a) fiksnih nosivih osiguravajućih elemenata (5, 5′, 5′′, 5′′′) na unutarnjem spremniku (2, 2′) nalaze radijalno (r1) bliže obodu (RI) unutarnjeg spremnika nego uzdužnoj osi (L2) unutarnjeg spremnika (2, 2′), te što se dodirne točke (5b) fiksnih nosivih osiguravajućih elemenata (5, 5′, 5′′, 5′′′) na vanjskom spremniku (1, 1′) nalaze radijalno (r2) bliže obodu (RA) vanjskog spremnika (1, 1′) nego uzdužnoj osi (L1) vanjskog spremnika (1, 1′).
3. Spremnički sklop (20, 21, 21′, 22, 22′, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što su fiksni nosivi osiguravajući elementi (5, 5′, 5′′, 5′′′) zrcalni, uvijek u parovima, u ravnini (x) u kojoj se nalazi uzdužna os (L2) unutarnjeg spremnika.
4. Spremnički sklop (20, 21, 21′, 22, 22′, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se dodirne točke (5a) fiksnih nosivih osiguravajućih elemenata (5, 5′, 5′′, 5′′′) na unutarnjem spremniku (2) nalaze u ravnini okomitoj u odnosu na uzdužnu os (L2) unutarnjeg spremnika (2).

Spremnički sklop (20, 21, 21′, 22, 22′, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se dodirne točke (5b) fiksnih nosivih osiguravajućih elemenata (5, 5′, 5′′, 5′′′) na vanjskom spremniku (1) nalaze u ravnini okomitoj u odnosu na uzdužnu os (L1) vanjskog spremnika (1).

Spremnički sklop (20, 21, 21′, 22, 22′, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su dodirne točke (5a) fiksnih nosivih osiguravajućih elemenata (5, 5′, 5′′, 5′′′) na unutarnjem spremniku (2, 2′) aksijalno udaljenije od središta (Z) unutarnjeg spremnika nego dodirne točke (5b) fiksnih nosivih osiguravajućih elemenata (5, 5′, 5′′, 5′′′) na vanjskom spremniku (1, 1′).

Spremnički sklop (20, 21, 21′, 22, 22′, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što su dodirne točke (5a) fiksnih nosivih osiguravajućih elemenata (5, 5′, 5′′, 5′′′) na unutarnjem spremniku (2, 2′) aksijalno bliže središtu (Z) unutarnjeg spremnika nego dodirne točke (5b) fiksnih nosivih osiguravajućih elemenata (5, 5′, 5′′, 5′′′) na vanjskom spremniku (1, 1′).
8. Spremnički sklop (20, 21, 21′, 22, 22′, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što fiksni nosivi osiguravajući elementi (5, 5′, 5′′, 5′′′), osobito pločasti fiksni nosivi osiguravajući elementi, služe za apsorbiranje sila smicanja.
9. Spremnički sklop (20, 21, 21′, 22, 22′, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što fiksni nosivi osiguravajući elementi (5, 5′, 5′′, 5′′′), osobito fiksni nosivi osiguravajući elementi dizajnirani kao rešetkasti elementi okvirne konstrukcije, ne presijecaju uzdužnu os (L2) unutarnjeg spremnika (2).

Spremnički sklop (20, 21, 21′, 22, 22′, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što ima slobodni ležaj (41, 42, 43, 44, 45), koji se nalazi u vanjskom spremniku (1, 1′), nosi unutarnji spremnik (2, 2′) i dizajniran je sa slobodnim nosivim prstenom (10, 10′), s raspodijeljenim slobodnim nosivim osiguravajućim elementima, (11, 11′), koje se može napregnuti napinjanjem i pritiskanjem, međudjelujući, u jednu ruku, sa slobodnim nosivim prstenom (10, 10′) i, u drugu ruku, s unutarnjim spremnikom (2, 2′) ili vanjski spremnik (1, 1′), gdje su slobodni nosivi osiguravajući elementi (11, 11′) složeni u prstenastom ugradbenom prostoru, po mogućnosti u području oboda unutarnjeg spremnika (2, 2′), gdje je slobodni nosivi prsten (10, 10′) prednapregnut vlačnim oprugama (12) ili tlačnim oprugama (13).
11. Spremnički sklop (20, 21, 21′, 22, 22′, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačen time što su slobodni nosivi osiguravajući elementi (11) nakošeni u odnosu na uzdužnu os (L2) unutarnjeg spremnika (2, 2′) i, osobito, nisu okomiti u odnosu na uzdužnu os (L2) unutarnjeg spremnika (2, 2′), gdje su slobodni nosivi osiguravajući elementi (11) po mogućnosti zrcalni, uvijek u parovima, u ravnini u kojoj se nalazi uzdužna os (L2) unutarnjeg spremnika.

Spremnički sklop (20, 21, 21′, 22, 22′, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time što slobodni nosivi osiguravajući elementi (11), osobito slobodni nosivi osiguravajući elementi dizajnirani kao rešetkasti elementi okvirne konstrukcije, ne presijecaju uzdužnu os (L2) unutarnjeg spremnika (2).

Spremnički sklop (20, 21, 21′, 22, 22′, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 12, naznačen time što su dodirne točke (11a) slobodnih nosivih osiguravajućih elemenata (11) na unutarnjem spremniku (2, 2′) aksijalno udaljenije od središta (Z) unutarnjeg spremnika nego dodirne točke (11b) slobodnih nosivih osiguravajućih elemenata (11) na slobodnom nosivom prstenu (10).

Spremnički sklop (20, 21, 21′, 22, 22′, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 12, naznačen time što su dodirne točke (11a) slobodnih nosivih osiguravajućih elemenata (11) na unutarnjem spremniku (2, 2′) bliže središtu (Z) unutarnjeg spremnika (2, 2′) nego dodirne točke (11b) osiguravajućih elemenata (11) na slobodnom nosivom prstenu (10).

Spremnički sklop (20, 21, 21′, 22, 22′, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 12, naznačen time što su dodirne točke (11b′) slobodnih nosivih osiguravajućih elemenata (11) na vanjskom spremniku (1, 1′) aksijalno udaljenije od središta (Z) unutarnjeg spremnika (2, 2′) nego dodirne točke (11a′) slobodnih nosivih osiguravajućih elemenata (11′) na slobodnom nosivom prstenu (10′).

Spremnički sklop (20, 21, 21′, 22, 22′, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 12, naznačen time što su dodirne točke (11b′) slobodnih nosivih osiguravajućih elemenata (11) na vanjskom spremniku (1, 1′) bliže središtu (Z) unutarnjeg spremnika (2, 2′) nego dodirne točke (11a′) osiguravajućih elemenata (11′) na slobodnom nosivom prstenu (10′).

Spremnički sklop (20, 21, 21′, 22, 22′, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su fiksni nosivi osiguravajući elementi (5, 5′, 5′′, 5′′′) i, izborno, slobodni nosivi osiguravajući elementi (11, 11′) načinjeni od materijala ojačanih vlaknima, koja po mogućnosti uključuju aramidna vlakna, ugljična vlakna, staklena vlakna, bazaltna vlakna ili njihove kombinacije, a osobito po mogućnosti uključuju aramidna vlakna, mjestimično pomiješana sa staklenim vlaknima.

Spremnički sklop (20, 21, 21′, 22, 22′, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su slobodni nosivi osiguravajući elementi dizajnirani kao rešetkasti elementi okvirne konstrukcije ili kao ploče ili kao ploče okvirne konstrukcije i po mogućnosti služe za apsorbiranje sila smicanja.
