Claims (10)
1. Mokrim polaganjem dobivena podloga (11) za akustičnu pločicu napravljena uglavnom od mineralnog vlakna i vezivnog sredstva od škroba i/ili lateksa, gdje je mineralno vlakno formirano od šljake i gdje sadržaj prirodnog kamena prelazi 6 mas.%, gdje mineralno vlakno ima prosječan promjer između 4.5 i 8.3 mikrona, podloga ima gustoću između 182.61 kg/m3 i 227.46 kg/m3 (11.4 i 14.2 funte/kubnoj stopi).
2. Mokrim polaganjem dobivena podloga prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je prirodni kamen granit.
3. Mokrim polaganjem dobivena podloga prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, pri čemu je sadržaj granita u mineralnom vlaknu oko 17 mas.%.
4. Mokrim polaganjem dobivena podloga prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je prirodni kamen bazalt.
5. Mokrim polaganjem dobivena podloga prema patentnom zahtjevu 4, pri čemu je sadržaj bazalta u mineralnom vlaknu između oko 20 mas.% i oko 40 mas.%.
6. Mokrim polaganjem dobivena podloga prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je mineralno vlakno proizvod konvencionalnog postupka predenja u kome se koristi tekućina za otprašivanje i mineralno vlakno nosi ostatak tekućine za otprašivanje.
7. Akustična pločica (10) male debljine koja ima mokrim polaganjem dobivenu podlogu (11) od mineralnog vlakna koja formira uglavnom cijelu debljinu pločice, netkani porozni veo (12) od staklenog vlakna prilijepljen na jednu stranu podloge (11) i pokriven premazom koji propušta zrak i reflektira svijetlost na strani udaljenoj od podloge, gdje najmanje 90% mase podloge (11) sadrži mineralno vlakno i vezivno sredstvo od škroba i/ili lateksa, gdje je masa vezivnog sredstva manja od 1/11 mase mineralnog vlakna, gdje podloga ima gustoću između oko 182.61 kg/m3 i 227.46 kg/m3 (11.4 i oko 14.2 funte/kubnoj stopi), gdje je mineralno vlakno formirano od šljake i sadržaj prirodnog kamena prelazi 6 mas.% i koje ima prosječni promjer između 4.5 i 8.3 mikrona, gdje je debljina podloge manja od 17.46 mm (11/16 inča), gdje kompozit podloge (11), vela (12) i premaza pokazuje NRC oko 0.60 i CAC oko 23 kada je nominalna debljina kompozita 12.7 mm (1/2 inča) i NRC oko 0.85 i CAC oko 24 kada je nominalna debljina kompozita 15.88 mm (5/8 inča).
8. Akustična pločica male debljine prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, pri čemu je navedeno mineralno vlakno napravljeno od smjese šljake iz visoke peći za željezo i granita, gdje maseni postotak granita prelazi 6%.
