Claims (6)
1. Zatezni uređaj (01) za zatezanje spiralne opruge (02) koji je smješten na glavnu osovinu (03) i na fiksnom je kraju rotacijski pričvršćen na okvirom ili dijelom kućišta, pri čemu zatezni uređaj (01) sadržava:
- zupčanik koji ima prvi element zupčanika (06), koji je aksijalno pomično vođen na glavnom vratilu (03) i rotacijski pričvršćen na slobodni kraj spiralne opruge (02) i koji ima drugi element zupčanika (07), koji je u pogonskom zahvatu s prvim elementom zupčanika (06) kako bi se prvi element zupčanika (06) kružno pokretao oko glavne osovine (03);
- držač (19) koji drži drugi element zupčanika (07) u položaju pogonskog zahvata s prvim elementom zupčanika (06);
- pogonski element koji je povezan s drugim elementom zupčanika (07) kako bi ga rotacijski pokrenuo;
naznačen time, da
- zupčanik je izveden kao konični prijenosnik, pri čemu je prvi element zupčanika (06) oblikovan kao konusni zupčanik (06), a drugi element zupčanika (07) izveden je kao manji konusni zupčanik (07) u zahvatu, pri čemu su rotacijske osi dvaju elemenata zupčanika (06, 07) okomite jedna na drugu;
- konusni zupčanik (06) integralno je povezan s vodilicom (10) koja se aksijalno pomiče vođena duž glavnog vratila (03), a na vanjskom obodu ima utor za vođenje (11) u kojem je uporište središnje aksijalne vodilice (16) manjeg koničnog zupčanika (07), pri čemu je vodeći klin (16) rotacijski pričvršćen na zupčanik konusnog zupčanika (07);
- konusni zupčanik (06) ima središnji otvor (09) kroz koji se proteže glavno vratilo (03) i ima cilindrični prihvatni dio (12) sa strane okrenute aksijalno od vodilice (10), u kojoj je pričvršćen slobodni kraj opruge (02).
2. Uređaj za zatezanje (01) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da sigurnosni element (19) uključuje nosač (20) i na njega spojeni potisni lim (21), pri čemu nosač (20) obuhvaća vodilicu (10) i manji konični zupčanik (07), a pri čemu je potisna ploča (21) postavljena tako da pritišće na osnovnu površinu zupčanika konusnog zupčanika (07) u aksijalnom smjeru, tako da se vodeća osovina (16) utisne u utor vodilice (11).
3. Uređaj za zatezanje (01) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da pogonski element čini električni motor, na čijoj je osi motora montiran drugi zupčanik (07).
4. Uređaj za zatezanje (01) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da također uključuje element za učvršćivanje s pomoću kojeg se prvi element zupčanika (06) može ne rotacijski pričvrstiti na glavno vratilo (03).
5. Uređaj za zatezanje (01) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da je drugi element zupčanika (07) postavljen da se može odvojiti i tako prekinuti pogonski zahvat.
6. Uređaj za zatezanje (01) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, u dijelu koji se odnosi na patentni zahtjev 2, naznačen time, da su nosač (20) i potisna ploča (21) odvojivi kako bi se oslobodio drugi element zupčanika (07).
