Claims (11)
1. Struktura za katalitičku destilaciju (11), koja sadrži:
kruti okvir (7) koji ima najmanje dvije rešetke (8A, 8B) međusobno razmaknute najmanje jednom potpornom šipkom (9) koji se proteže od prve od najmanje dvije rešetke (8A, 8B) do druge od najmanje dvije rešetke (8A, 8B);
mnoštvo vodoravnih cijevi propusnih za fluid (2) postavljenih na najmanje dvije rešetke (8A, 8B) tako da tvore više putanja za fluid (4) između mnoštva vodoravnih cijevi propusnih za fluid (2), pri čemu svaka horizontalna cijev propusna za fluid (2) ima profil šesterostranog mnogokuta, pri čemu je mnoštvo vodoravnih cijevi propusnih za fluid (2) konfigurirano da vodi struju fluida do čestica katalizatora sadržanih unutar mnoštva vodoravnih cijevi propusnih za fluid (2);
mnoštvo okomitih ploča ili žica (3) koje povezuju i okomito poravnavaju cijevi mnoštva vodoravnih cijevi propusnih za fluid (2), pri čemu se svaka od mnoštva okomitih ploča ili žica (3) povezuje iz kuta jedne okomito postavljene cijevi na kut susjedne okomito poravnate cijevi; i
prvi niz okomito postavljenih cijevi (A, C, E) i drugi niz okomito postavljenih cijevi (B, D), pri čemu prvi niz (A, C, E) sadrži mnoštvo vodoravnih cijevi propusnih za fluid (2) poredanih u paralelno, susjednih i okomito poravnatih stupaca unutar drugog niza (B, D), pri čemu prvi niz (B, D) sadrži mnoštvo paralelno poredanih vodoravnih cijevi propusnih za fluid (2), susjednih i okomito poravnatih stupaca unutar drugog niza (B, D), pri čemu je prvi niz (A, C, E) okomito poravnatih cijevi pomaknut u odnosu na drugi niz (B, D) okomito poravnatih cijevi, te vodoravne cijevi propusne za fluid (2) prvog niza (A, C, E) preklapaju vodoravne cijevi propusne za fluid (2) drugog niza (B, D) bez kontakta s vodoravnim cijevima propusnim za fluid (2) drugog niza (B,D) kako bi se na taj način oblikovao vijugavi put fluida (4),
pri čemu visina mnoštva okomitih ploča ili žica (3) ravnomjerno raspoređuje vodoravne cijevi propusne za fluid (2) u prvom nizu (A,C, E) i drugom nizu (B, D),
pri čemu su prvi niz (A, C, E) i drugi niz (B, D) na međusobnoj udaljenosti posloženi jedan do drugog, i
pri čemu je šesterostrani mnogokut šesterokut, a mnoštvo okomitih ploča ili žica (3) povezuje okomito poravnate cijevi od gornjeg kuta šesterokuta jedne okomito poravnate cijevi do donjeg kuta šesterokuta susjedne okomito poravnate cijevi.
2. Struktura za katalitičku destilaciju (11) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što nadalje ima geometriju šesterostranog mnogokuta koji tvori prvi kut (β) u četiri kuta šesterostranog mnogokuta, i drugi kut (α) dva kuta šesterostranog mnogokuta, pri čemu je prvi kut (β) veći od drugog kuta (α).
3. Struktura za katalitičku destilaciju (11) prema zahtjevu 2, naznačena time što je drugi kut (α) u kutovima okomito poredanih cijevi koje su spojene pomoću mnoštva okomitih ploča ili žica (3).
4. Struktura za katalitičku destilaciju (11) prema zahtjevu 3, naznačena time što šesterostrani mnogokut sadrži dvije stranice prve duljine i četiri stranice druge duljine.
5. Struktura za katalitičku destilaciju (11) prema zahtjevu 4, naznačena time što je prvi kut (β) u kutu spoja stranice prve duljine i stranice druge duljine, a drugi kut (α) je u kutu spoja dviju stranica druge duljine.
6. Struktura za katalitičku destilaciju (11) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što svaka od mnoštva vodoravnih cijevi propusnih za fluid (2) ima otvor (5) na svom prvom kraju (6) i drugom kraju.
7. Struktura za katalitičku destilaciju (11) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što svaka rešetka (8A, 8B) sadrži mnoštvo otvora (10), pri čemu mnoštvo otvora (10) za najmanje dvije rešetke (8A, 8B) ima profil jednak profilu mnoštva vodoravnih cijevi propusnih za fluid (2), te pri čemu je mnoštvo vodoravnih cijevi propusnih za fluid (2) postavljeno u mnoštvu otvora (10) najmanje dvije rešetke (8A, 8B).
8. Reaktor s destilacijskom kolonom za istovremeno izvođenje reakcija i odvajanje produkata od reaktanata, koji sadrži:
okomito postavljenu posudu (12);
jednu ili više struktura za katalitičku destilaciju (11) kako je definirano u zahtjevu 1 i postavljenih u okomito postavljenu posudu (12).
9. Reaktor s destilacijskom kolonom prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što nadalje sadrži jedan ili više kotlova za ponovno kuhanje (13), kondenzatora (14), spremnika za napajanje (15) ili separatora spojenih na okomito postavljenu posudu (12) preko protočnih vodova.
10. Reaktor s destilacijskom kolonom prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time što se protočna cijev iz spremnika za punjenje (15) spaja s okomito postavljenom posudom na, iznad ili ispod jedne ili više struktura za katalitičku destilaciju.
11. Reaktor s destilacijskom kolonom prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što je kruti okvir (7) pričvršćen na okomito postavljenu posudu (12).
