Abstract
Patentanspruch 1. Wärmeübertragungsplatte zur Erhitzung und Kühlung von Flüssigkeiten vorzugsweise Milch mit senkrecht zur Strömungsrichtung verlaufenden Wellen gleicher Wellenhöhe, bei denen mittels Abstütznocken zwischen zwei benachbarten Wärmeübertragungsplatten Strömungskanäle mit vorzugsweise rechteckigem Querschnitt vorhanden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (12) des Einströmbereiches (3) der Wärmeübertragungsplatte (1) mit der Welle (13) des Ausströmbereiches (4) der gegenüberliegenden um 180 Grad gedrehten Wärmeübertragungsplatte (2) einen Fließquerschnitt (18) bilden, wobei der Fließquerschnitt (18) gegenüber dem mittleren Fließquerschnitt (19) groß ist.
