Abstract
Vorrichtung mit einem Beschaeumungskopf und einem Steuergeraet zum Schaummarkieren mit dem Ziel, auch kleine Mengen Schaum verlustlos mit einer hohen Qualitaet zu verspruehen. Es ist dabei die Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Vorrichtung zu schaffen, mit der eine selbsttaetige Medienregulierung moeglich ist und der Schaum ohne Leitung unmittelbar nach seiner Bildung aufgetragen wird. Erfindungsgemaess wird die Aufgabe dadurch geloest, dass ein Beschaeumungskopf und eine davor geschaltete Steuervorrichtung gebildet sind, wobei ein Steigerungselement fuer die Schaumbildung zu dem Beschaeumungskopf angeschlossen ist, der zweckmaessig aus einem Sieb mehrschichtig ausgebildet ist und eine getrennte Leitung fuer Schaumgrundstoff und eine getrennte Leitung fuer schaumbildenden Stoff sowie ein Injektor angeordnet sind, wobei die Leitung fuer den Schaumgrundstoff mit der Mischduese und die Leitung fuer den schaumbildenden Stoff mit der Duese des Injektors verbunden sind, und Steuergeraet fuer mindestens eine Regelmediumsleitung und mindestens eine mit Mediumsstromregelelement versehene geregelte Mediumsleitung, wobei in der Regelmediumsleitung ein durch das Regelmedium betaetigtes Arbeitsglied angeordnet ist, wobei das Arbeitsglied dem Mediumsstromregelelement zugeschaltet ist, dass die Betaetigung des Arbeitsgliedes mittels des Druckes eines in der Regelmediumsleitung stroemenden Mediums geloest ist.
