Abstract

Fuer eine Niederspannungslampe wird eine kapazitive Vorschalteinrichtung angegeben, die einen Hauptkondensator, der elektrisch in Reihe mit der Lampe an eine Wechselstromquelle angeschlossen ist, und einen oder mehrere Hilfskondensatoren aufweist, die elektrisch dem Hauptkondensator durch Schalteinrichtungen fuer eine oder mehrere Perioden der Wechselspannung parallel geschaltet werden koennen. Der minimale Lampenstrom wird durch den Hauptkondensator gebildet, wobei ein zusaetzlicher Lampenstrom durch einen oder mehrere Hilfskondensatoren waehrend einer oder mehrerer Perioden der Wechselspannungskurve fliesst.
