Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft kristallin-fluessige nematische Gemische, die in optoelektronischen Bauelementen angewendet werden. Ziel der Erfindung ist die Anwendung nematischer Gemische fuer optoelektronische Bauelemente,die eine hohe positive dielektrische Anisotropie bei hinreichend hohen Klaerpunkten besitzen. Erfindungsgemaess werden Gemische in optoelektronischen Bauelementen eingesetzt, welche neben anderen kristallin-fluessigen oder nicht kristallin-fluessigen Substanzen eine oder mehrere Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel enthalten, wobei R hoch 1 Fluegelgruppen verschiedener Art wie z.B. Alkyl, Alkyloxy bedeutet; X stellt ein aromatisches, hydroaromatisches oder heterocyclisches Ringsystem wie z.B. Phenyl oder Cyclohexyl dar; Y ist ein Mittelstueck wie z.B. Carbonyloxy, Azomethin, Azoxy.
