Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft das Gebiet der Lebensmittelherstellung, speziell der industriellen Speiseeisproduktion. Durch Anordnung der Softeisdosiervorrichtungen (1, 7) sowie einer Vorrichtung (5) zum Zufuehren von Stielen oder endlosem Stielband im sich aufwaertsbewegenden oberen Bereich, der Ausformvorrichtung (10) im sich aufwaertsbewegenden, nahezu senkrechten Bereich der bekannten Gefriertrommel (2) fuer die Herstellung von Riegeleis und der Portioniereinrichtung (13) unmittelbar ueber der Ausformvorrichtung (10) wird die kontinuierliche Herstellung von Stieleis ermoeglicht. Gleichzeitig kann auf das sonst uebliche Stuetzband (9) im unteren Trommelbereich verzichtet werden. Fig. 1
