Abstract

A találmány N- vagy amino-, ammónium- vagy spirobiciklusosammóniumcsoportokat tartalmazó térhálósított polimerek alkilezésieljárására vonatkozik, amelynek során a polimerizációval éstérhálósítással nyert gélesített polimreket adott esetbendeprotonálják a) vízben, szerves oldószerben vagy egy szervesoldószer/víz keverékben bázis hozzáadásával, b) adott esetben apolimereket vízzel, szerves oldószerrel vagy szerves oldószer/vízkeverékkel egyszer vagy többször mossák, majd c) a vízben, szervesoldószerben vagy szerves oldószer/víz keverékben kevertetett gélszuszpenzióhoz 5 °C és 160 °C közötti hőmérséklet-tartománybanhozzáadnak egy vagy több alkilezőszert, majd 1-60 perces keverés utánfolyamatosan vagy több részletben hozzáadva a keverékhez a bázist apH-t 8 és 13,5 közötti értéken tartják, és d) ezt követően, amennyibenszükséges egy vagy több mosási lépés után, egy ásványi savsegítségével végrehajtják a reprotonálást, miáltal a megfelelőenalkilezett, N- vagy amino-, ammónium- vagy spirobiciklusosammóniumcsoportokat tartalmazó térhálósított polimereket nyerik Ó
