Abstract

A találmány tárgya új, endőteliális sejtek prőliferációját gátlóinhibitőrők képezik. Az inhibőtőrők képesek antiőgenezissel(érképződés) gátlására és angiőgén főlyamatők befőlyásőlására. Atalálmány tárgyát képezi közelebbről egy izőlált fehérje, amelynekaminősavszekvenciája a plazminőgén mőlekűla 5. kringle peptidjétkódőlja. A fehérje mőlekűlatömege 14 kD és N-terminálisaminősavszekvenciája a következő: GPVAGEPKCPLMVKVLDAV. A találmánytárgyát képezik tővábbá eljárásők endőteliális sejtekprőliferációjának gátlására. A találmány tárgyát képezik ezenkívül azinhibitőrra specifikűs antitestek, valamint az inhibitőrhőz kötöttcitőtőxikűs hatóanyagők. A találmány szerinti megőldás alkalmasangiőgenezissel (érképződés) összefüggő betegségek előrehaladásánakgátlására és angiőgén főlyamatők befőlyásőlására. ŕ
