Abstract

In the proposed storage arrangement the simultaneous use of inlet and discharge pipes is prevented by an interlock, preferably having a check value. The end of the inlet pipe is in the lower quarter of the storage space and located so that projection of the liquid stream leaving the pipe divides the base of the storage area into two roughly equal parts. The discharge pipe is located in the deepest part of the storage area.
