A culinary acid is dissolved in the concentrate to contain 0.2-0.9 wt.% acid calculated as citric acid. Known scents, aromas and biologically useful ingredients are added. - The syrup can be diluted to taste and pref. can be carbonated, to produce refreshing drinks.
