Abstract

The rotary chip removing tool has an oblong body with one or more spiral grooves and cutting edges along the enclosing ribs, as well as a longitudinal fluid passage. The tool body (1) comprises a central inner part (2) and an outer one (3), sintered to it over the full length. - Passages (7) follow the spiral pattern of the ribs (5) at the sintered joint (23), their walls (71) being formed over the whole length partly (72) by the inner part, and partly (73) by the outer one.
