Abstract
Free running, especially for fodder, salt mixts. - contain a homogeneous mixt. of salt, hydrophobic and hydrophilic perlites in 5:1-20:1 pref 5:1-25:1 wt. proportion. Max particle size of perlites is 0.3mm and 0.2-3 pref. 0.5-3 wt.% of hydrophilic and 0.1-1.0 wt.% of hydrophobic perlite are added to salt of max/mm grain size. Stored in bins or sacks, the compsn. retains its free running qualities indefinitely.
