Abstract
Plasticised PVC based antistatic multi-layered floorings contains 2-6 pts. wt. (based on PVC) of antistatic additives in its upper (1) and intermediate layers (3), conducting cpds. in to lowest base layer. Antistatic additives comprise ammonium cpds. of polyethers, fatty acid esters and of quaternary cpds. The top layer opt. contains fungi- and bactericides. It may be patterned by embossing. The intermediate layer immediately below the top layer is opt. colour printed. Reinforced layer contains pref. PVC impregnated glass scrim or non-woven glass fabric and antistatic agents as in other layers or conducting carbon-black or graphite at 6-25 pts. wt. level. The base layer (5) contains 6-25 pts. wt. carbon black or graphite (based in this case on PVC and admixed PVC waste as 100%). - (Dwg.0/1)
