Abstract
Powder based mixt. of CaCO3, Ti oxide, S, Zn oxide, zinc-dimethyl-dithiocarbonate is homogenised under 0.5 atmos. vacuum in the presence of 1g/m3 ozone and is then mixed with liq. paraffin. This mix is placed in a closed container at 5-8 deg.C for approximately 1 hour., and is then treated at 7-10 atmos. pressure and temp. 150-250 deg.C. The resulting pieces of rubber are siliconised after warming up for 1 hr., at 24-30 deg.C, followed by further heating at 55-60 deg.C and 4 atmos. pressure. (1pp Dwg.No.0/0)
