Abstract

The drain (1) is fitted with a sleeve (6), which guides the lower part of the stem (3) of a plug (2), which can be inserted in order to block the water flow. The sleeve also locates a loose dirt trap insert (10), which divides the flow into separate streams, and which has a hole to accept the stem. The sleeve may have a collar (7), whose shape corresponds to that of the ring (5) or the support of the drain insert (4). The hole on the dirt trap may also accept the collar, and the outer rim of the trap may rest on a projection on the drain insert.
