Abstract

The reception station has at least two antenna devices (AE1,AE2. ) with different polarisation directions, coupled to at least two reception devices (RX1,RX2. ). The signals provided by the latter are combined to provide a sum signal (SS). A control device (SE) selectively couples each reception device to one of the antenna devices, with qualitative evaluation of the reception signals for cyclic switching between different antenna devices for polarisation scanning. Preferably the reception station includes a device which estimates the quality of the received signal (es).
