Abstract
An elongate hybrid support structure having a first outer elongate member mounted so that at least a portion of the elongate outer member is in contact with the atmosphere. A second inner elongate member mechanically coupled to the first outer elongate member so that the second inner elongate member is protected from the atmosphere in use. The first outer elongate member has a low thermal conductivity value to act as a thermal barrier to the ingress of cold.
