Abstract
1,180,165. Dibenzazepine derivatives. RHONE-POULENC SA. 18 Jan., 1968 [18 Jan., 1967; 9 Nov., 1967], No. 23183/69. Divided out of 1,180,164. Heading C2C. Novel ketoximines of Formula I in which R 1 is hydrogen, C 1-5 alkyl, phenyl- C 1-5 alkyl or phenyl-C 1-5 alkyl substituted in the phenyl nucleus by one or more of halogen, C 1-5 alkyl, C 1-5 alkoxy or trifluoromethyl, are prepared by reacting the corresponding ketones of Formula II with hydroxylamine. Ketones of Formula II, in which R 1 is other than hydrogen, are prepared by alkylating a compound of Formula III with a compound of formula R1 1 -X, in which R1 1 is the same as R 1 , but not hydrogen, and X is a reactive ester residue, followed by hydrolysing the methoxy compound of Formula IV (From GB1180165 A) [FR1532301A]
