Abstract
1300943 Trifluoromethylphenylpiperazines. BDH PHARMACEUTICALS Ltd 6 May 1970 [22 May 1969] 26124/69 Heading C2C 1-(o- or p-trifluoromethylphenyl) piperazine is obtained by reacting o- or p-bromo or chlorobenzotrifluoride with excess of piperazine in dimethyl sulphoxide solution with or without the addition of an alkali metal carbonate. The resulting base may be converted to the hydrochloride.
