1314262 Coated products WIENERBERGER ZIEGELFABRIKS-UND BAUGESELLSCHAFT 20 April 1970 [22 April 1969] 18814/70 Heading B2E [Also in Division C7] Building elements are obtained by applying to a load bearing and/or heat insulating and/or sound insulating carrier body of material having a maximum heat transfer coefficient of 2 k cal/m h‹C and produced from hydraulic binding agents a non-metallic inorganic coating material of melting point greater than 200‹C at a temperature above its fusion point the carrier body being at a temperature substantially lower than that of the coating material, e.g. ambient temperature. Specified carrier bodies are light and heavy concrete plates, concrete tiles and lime sandstone gypsum plates. The coating material may be rendered fluid by conversion of kinetic energy as a result of impact between the carrier body and the coating material in the form of a solution, emulsion or colloidal solution. The coating may contain components which may subsequently be washed out. The coating material may be a mixture of aluminium oxide, lead oxide and titanium oxide, of red lead, quartz. kaolin, feldspar, zinc oxide and tin oxide, of feldspar, quartz, red lead, calcite, zinc oxide, barium carbonate, kaolin and tin oxide, or of quartz, zinc oxide, lead oxide, calcium oxide, sodium oxide, alumina and boric acid.
