Abstract

An electrical heater for liquids, particularly an electrode plate water vaporizer, is proofed against electrical shock hazard by insuring that current paths through the liquid into possible contact with the user are elongated, discontinuous, and on filling when the hazard is greatest, are completely interrupted to assure safety even under negligent handling.[US3617698A]
