Once a number or a symbol has been selected, it cannot be changed. The numbers and symbols are provided on both sides of a support and the corresponding lamps 101 are controlled by individual, switches 102. A switch 106 is provided for simultaneously opening all the lamp circuits at the end of each bidding cycle. The lamps are controlled by means of an electronic circuit.
