1345494 N - (1 - ethyl - alpha - pyrrolidylmethyl) - 2 - methoxy - 5 - sulphonamidobenzamide and a phosphoramide FRATMANN AG 4 Sept 1972 [13 June 1972] 40870/72 Headings C2C and C2P The invention comprises a process for preparing N - (1 - ethyl - α - pyrrolidylmethyl) - 2- methoxy - 5 - sulfonamidobenzamide by reacting N - ethyl - α - aminomethyl - pyrrolidine with phosphorus oxychloride to give N,N<SP>1</SP>,N<SP>11</SP>- (1 - ethyl - α - pyrrolidylmethyl) - phosphoramide and reacting the N,N<SP>1</SP>,N<SP>11</SP>-(1-ethyl-α-pyrrolidylmethyl)-phosphoramide with 2-methoxy-5-sulfonamidobenzoic acid. The phosphoramide may be isolated as a mixture of di- and tri-hydrochlorides.
