1430411 Treatment of swine dysentry MAY & BAKER LTD 3 April 1974 [5 April 1973] 16327/73 Heading A5B Swine dysentry is combatted by administering to pigs a compound of general formula: wherein R and R<1> may be the same or different and are each H or C1-4 alkyl, or a non-toxic salt thereof. Administration may be oral or parenteral, the compositions used being in conventional forms containing conventional carriers and excipients, Also claimed are concentrates for addition to feedstuff or drinking water comprising active material and a surface active wetting, dispersing or emulsifying agent and, optionally, a carrier.
