Abstract
PURPOSE: To create an injected liquid and a source liquid area using a surface roughness. CONSTITUTION: The inner surface 2a of a nozzle 2 provided on a nozzle plate 1 is rough and the surface (the outer lateral surface of nozzle) is smooth. Thus wetting properties of a nozzle jet orifice is controlled by surface roughness. Therefore, the bending of an ink groove and air induction hardly occur, so that stable ink injection is obtained[JPS5155028A]
