1519906 Herbicidal compositions E I DU PONT DE NEMOURS & CO 14 Oct 1976 [15 Oct 1975 12 Dec 1975 26 Aug 1976] 42776/76 Heading A5E [Also in Division C2] Herbicidal compositions comprise novel compounds of formula wherein n=3, 4 or 5; R 1 is H or CH 3 ; Q is F, Cl, Br or I; X is F, Cl, Br, I, CN, OCH 3 or NO 2 ; Y is H, F or Cl; Z is H or F and V is H, F, Cl or OCH 3 , with the provisos (a) that when n=5, R 1 =H, Q=Cl or Br, Z=V=H and Y=H or F; (b) when n=3 or 4 and Q=F or I, R 1 =Z=V=H and Y= H or F; (c) when n=3 and R 1 =CH 3 , Q=Cl or Br, Y=H or F and Z=V=H and (d) when V#H, X=F, Cl or Br and Z=H, together with one or more known herbicides as listed (see Example 22) and at least one of (a) a surface active agent and (b) a solid or liquid diluent.
